Solar Roof Sludge Drying Bed Super structure: Post, Arch & Purlins: 1.25" GI Square tube (Class B) with Aluminium fitting accessories with self drilling screws with leak proof Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) rubber beading are to be provided. The polycarbonate sheets should be joined with Aluminium beading / channels using Bolt and nut or pasted together with special adhesives for the purpose. The sheet should be joined in such a manner that it should be leak proof and no rain water or fog should enter into the unit through the joints.

Exhaust fans: The structure should have ventilators for circulation of fresh air and exhaust fans should be provided for controlling temperature inside the structure. Two to three nos. of 12 V DC fans powered by separate solar modules to be provided for the purpose. If AC fans are used, inverters are to be provided.
