Restoration of Rain damages on Speru to Goarth road (SW- P/L 25 MM thick Mastic Wearing Course at RD 11/300 on Kulani Spedu road (PDNA-2025)

Providing and laying 25 mm (Twenty five millimetre) thick mastic asphalt wearing course on top of deck slab excluding prime coat with paving grade bitumen 85/25 @ 10.20 % (Ten decimal two zero) percent of weight of mix, grading as course aggregate as per table 500-30 and grading of fine aggregate as per table 500-31 and filler consisting of lime stone of approved quality meeting the requirements given in table 500-29, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chipping of 9.5 mm (nine point five millimetre) nominal size at the rate of 0.005cum per 10 sqm and at an approximate spacing of 10 cm (Ten centimetre) center to center in both directions, pressed into surface when the temperature of surfaces not less than 100 deg. C, protruding 1 mm (one millimetre) to 4 mm (Four millimetre) over mastic surface, all complete as per clause 515 including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidental and as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, or other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and fixing in position 20 mm (twenty millimetre) thick premoulded joint filler in expansion joint for fixed ends of simply supported spans not exceeding 10 m (ten metre) to cater for a horizontal movement upto 20 mm (twenty millimetre), covered with sealant complete as per drawing and technical specifications 2607 complete in all respect including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, malkana,toll tax or other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.
