Taking down cement plaster on wall, ceiling, chajjas, roof projections, lintel, etc of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc and disposing off the rubbish materials out side MD land complete all as specified

Material and labour for 20 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brickwork in two layers (10 mm and 10 mm), at all heights and levels, comprising: raking out joints to 15 mm depth, wire-brushing, washing, and wetting surfaces; applying 10 mm undercoat, cross-scratching while green to provide mechanical key; applying 10 mm finishing coat mixed with integral waterproofing compound (200 ml per bag of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions); finishing surface fair and even without neat cement; curing continuously with clean water for 14 days, complete all as specified. Note: Supply of integral liquid waterproofing compound itself shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant item of Schedule 'A'.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 - 1975 specification complete all as specified

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair face/other than fair face of brick work or concrete surface finished fair and even (without using extra cement) complete all as specified

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on ceiling, soffits of slabs, chajjas, columns and beams etc and finished the plastered surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified

Material and labour for preparing new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of acrylic washable distemper of approved shade over one coat of primer over one coat of wall putty (average 1.5 mm thick), at all heights and levels, comprising: cleaning, brushing, removing mortar droppings, efflorescence, and dust; applying one coat of white cement-based polymer putty (average 1.5 mm thickness); fine emery sanding; applying one coat of interior primer conforming to IS 109; mechanically applying two finishing coats of acrylic distemper conforming to IS 428 via authorized applicators; including scaffolding, staging, and cleanup, complete all as specified. Material and labour for completely removing existing treatments from old plastered walls and applying two coats of acrylic distemper of approved shade over one coat of primer over one coat of wall putty (average 1.50 mm thick), at all heights and levels, comprising: scraping, wire-brushing, washing down, and making good minor holes in cement mortar 1:3; applying one coat of polymer putty (average 1.50 mm thickness); fine emery sanding; applying one coat of primer (IS 109); mechanically applying two finishing coats of acrylic distemper (IS 428) via authorized applicators; scaffolding, staging, and cleanup, complete all as specified. Material and labour for preparing new plastered wall surfaces and finishing with smooth exterior anti-fungal acrylic emulsion paint of approved shade on new work, at all heights and levels, comprising: cleaning, wire-brushing, removing mortar droppings, efflorescence, and dust; applying one coat of white cement-based polymer exterior wall putty (average 1.50 mm thickness); fine emery sanding; applying one coat of water-thinnable exterior wall primer conforming to IS 109; applying two finishing coats of 100% acrylic smooth anti-fungal exterior paint conforming to IS 15489; including double scaffolding, staging, drop-sheets, and cleaning splashes, complete all as specified. (Note: Weatherproof anti-fungal exterior acrylic emulsion paint shall conform to IS 15489 [100% acrylic exterior emulsion with biocidal additives], exterior wall primer to IS 109, polymer-modified white cement wall putty to IS 17435, and painting practice to IS 2395 [Part 1 & Part 2].
