Earth work in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 in all kinds of soil such as pick work, blasting work, pick jumper work, jumper blasting, pick jumper blasting, hard blasting, saturated soil chiseling and other mixed variety of soil including setting out construction of shoring and bracing and pumping out water removal of stumps and other deleterious material from any depth and lifts and disposal up to any leads and lifts, dressing of sides and bottom any back filling in trenches with excavated suitable material as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidental charges.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete (PCC) Grade M-10 (M-Ten) nominal mix 1:3:6 (One cement : three sand : six graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty milimetres) nominal size) in open foundation complete including form work with steel plates 3.15mm (Three point fifteen milimetres) thick complete as per Drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203, as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental charges.

Providing, laying spreading and compacting stone aggregate 63mm to 45mm (Sixty three milimetres to forty five milimetres) specified size to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 (Eighty/Hundred) K.N. static Road roller in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming with application of crushable screening at the rate of 0.22 cum ( zero point two two cubic metres) per ten square metres, to fill up the intersitices of course aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading –II 63mm to 45mm ( Sixty three millimetres to forty five millimetres) size 75mm (Seventy Five millimetres) compacted thickness as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause No. 405 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental . The rate including octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying primer coat with BITUMEN emulsion (SS-1) on the prepared surface of granular base after and including cleaning of road surface with Hydraulic brooms and spraying primer with bitumen emulsion pressure distributer and spraying at the rate of 0.85 kg (zero point eight five kilograme) per 1 square metre ( per one square meter ) using mechanical means of road surface as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause No. 502 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental . The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.275 kgs. (Zero decimal two seven five kilogrammes) per square metre on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause-503, including hauling of material in all leads lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, malkana toll tax sale tax and other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.225kgs. (Zero decimal two two five kilogrammes) per square metre on the prepared Bituminous surfaces cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause-503, including hauling of material in all leads lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, malkana toll tax sale tax and other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 30mm (Thirty milimetres) thick compacted thick bituminous concrete with minimum 40-60 TPH (Forty-sixty tonne per hour) hot mix batch / drum type plant with electronic control Grading-II using crushed aggregate 13mm (thirteen milimetres) nominal size of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 (Viscosity grade thirty) @ 5% (five percent) of mix weight transported to site, laid with censor paver finisher hydraulic with censor control to the required grade, level and alignment over a previously prepared surface and rolling complete with smooth wheeled roller 8-10 (eight to ten) tonne capacity for initial break down rolling and vibratory roller 8-10(eight to ten) tonne capacity or pneumatic type roller of 12-15 (twelve – fifteen tonne) with tyre pressure of atleast 0.56MP’a (zero point five six) for intermediate rolling and finish rolling with 6-8 (six to eight) tonne smooth wheeled tandom roller to achieve the desire compaction as per MORTH technical specifications clause 509 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate also includes octroi, royality, malkana toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.
