Biennial Maintenance Contract (BAMC) for Indent Application Service and Oracle Based Software & Indent Section Activities.

The firm should have minimum Three years of experience in providing AMC for Oracle softwares and Indent Section Maintains for Dairy units of KMF.

At least 3 AMC of Softwares and 2 AMC in Indent Section. The proof of satisfactory maintenance is to be supported by the certificates issued by the Organization for having satisfactorily maintained the Dairy softwares.

Since the application has been developed using Oracle Developer 2000, the firm should have sufficient engineers with min 3 years experience in Oracle D2k software and Indent Section Operations.

The bidder should quote the rate with inclusive of all taxes, Freight, Packing & Forwarding, Insurance, Loading & Unloading etc.

Tenderer must upload the Scanned copy of whole Tender Document with Tenderer Stamp & Signature in all pages without fail. If the Tenderer fails to upload the signed copy of tender document, those tenders will be rejected.

The firm should have minimum four qualified oracle engineers on their payroll who can maintain Dairy Based Oracle Software for maintenance of Oracle Software.

The firm should have minimum four qualified professionals for maintenance of Indent Section.

Bidder should submit Company Registration Certificate, GST, PAN, last three years Profit & Loss A/c and Balance Sheet with CA Certification and IT returns.
