Racking out existing filling from expension, construction and dummy joints of width exc. 8mm and not exc. 16mm, upto required depth as specified by special tools like concrete culter, wire/ coir brushes/ machines and joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air, making free from all the loose material i.e. dirt, dust, grease, existing sealing compound, filler board (as required), including sticked material of existing compound racked upto full depth of joints etc and filling with polyurethane joint sealant single component using mechanical means to a depth 10-12 mm (depth above the backup rod) with minimum performance gurantee of 05 years and minimum movement accomodation factor (MAF)+/-30% conforming to requirement of BS : 5212 and EN-141875-2003 for hydrolysis/ water resistance test including two coats of primer and filling the balanced racked depth of joint with backup material i.e. closed cell polythylene to ensure tight packing, so that no gaps or voids exist at the top of backup material separated by bond breaker tape over suitable size HD 10 filler board in position where required and as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 01 above but joint of width exc. 16 mm and not exc. 26 mm and depth of polyurethane joint sealant 08 mm complete all as specified and directed.
