Note for item No. 131 to 133:- (a )The contractor shall keep the following aspect in mind while quoting unit rates in item above (a)The contractor shall be responsible for safety of worker and also upkeep of installation safe as per MES standard . (b) Contractor has been binded to strictly maintain cleaning as mentioned above at STPs otherwise, there shall be penalty imposed of 500/day from contractor payment. Supply of liquid chlorine gas conforming to IS-646, in departmental cylinders, of capacity 100 kg per cylinder including transportation of empty cylinders from MES store yard of GE (West) Bareilly to Government authorised refilling station, cleaning and getting it filled (refilled) with chlorine gas and depositing back complete all as specified and directed including all test of filled cylinder, like leakage test pressure test etc Note:-(a) Empty Chlorine gas cylinders duly weighed will be issued on loan issue voucher for supply and filling chlorine gas. Filled chlorine gas cylinder will be weighed and deposited at yard. (b) Painting of cylinders / replacement of defective valves, hydrostatic testing of cylinders and leakage cum-pressure test of cylenders will be measured and paid for separately under respective items given hereinafter. (c) Cylinder Nos will be scraped & spray painted before returning to MES.
