Laying Only Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces 450x 300x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or colour cement to match including backing coat 10 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4, including dismantling wall tiling with cement mortar bedding and removing rubbish/debris off the premises complete all as specified and directed. Note: Pre-painted galvalume will be issued under Sch B free for fixing

M & L tubular steel trusses including distance pieces, cleats special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS-1161-1979 grade ST-2400, including necessary preparation of surfaces and applying one shop coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer including dismantling of old mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 20mm thick with cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work in two layers (10mm and 10mm) sperately mixed with water proofing compund in top layer as per manufacturers instruction and finishing the surfaces even and fair including taking down cement plaster on wall & ceiling of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc complete including removing debries of the site complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured & paid separately

M&L for preparation of new wall surface applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic exterior emulsion paint with silicone additives of required shade @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @2.20 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 for finished even and fair including taking down cement plaster on wall & ceiling of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc complete including removing debries of the site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new wall surface applying Two coats of Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification over new surface over 1 mm thick wall care putty,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral Water proofing compund, complete all as specified and directed.
