20mm thick cement concrete topping1:2 to 3 (1cement:2 to 3 stone aggregate of size 4.75mm & below by volume ) layed over & Finished monolithic with base concrete.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, i/c cutting, hosting, fixing in position and appling a priming coat of red lead paint:-(a) In gratings framed guard bars, ladders, railing, brackets and similar works.

Providing and fixing barbed/G.I chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x 50 mm including strengthening with 2mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as requird complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Made of G.I.wire of dia 4mm.

15mm cement plaster in singale coat on the rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastring upto floor two level including arrrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angle not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished evehn and smooth in cement mortar 1:6(1cement :6sand).

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint Apex of Asian brand and manufacture and of required shade on decorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials.

Painting two coat (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface under coat with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foresign matter with ready mixed paint other than white.

Appling birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final metter finish to the surface complete.

Demolition above G.L. up to floor two level including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable meterials with in 20mtrs lead. In RR Masonary
