Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring of light, fan, socket or power complete, including fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets etc. and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floor ceiling etc. all as directed

M&L Point wiring complete with 1.5 Sq mm single core PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor FRLS cable multi stranded 1100 Volt grade drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit concealed to wall and fixed to ceiling/roof etc with necessary fixing accessories such as bend elbow socket etc with fixing material including terminal box made out of 1.22mm thick MS sheet concealed in wall covered with laminated sheet top cover of 3mm thick cadmium plated screws with cup washer including 1.5Sqmm single core PVC insulated un sheathed copper conductor FRLS cable multi stranded 1100Volt grade as earth continuity conductor green in colour connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed for One light/fan/bell point controlled by one switch.

M&L for sub main wiring with two runs of single core 4 Sq mm copper conductor FRLS cable, PVC insulated, unsheathed multistanded, 1100 V grade drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC all accessories such as bend,elbow,socket,tee saddles etc fixed concealed to wall / fixed to ceiling etc including 4 Sq mm single core copper conductor FRLS cable PVC insulated, unsheathed multistranded 1100 V grade as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 3 runs of 4 Sq mm copper cable and one run of PVC conduit will be measured as one length.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron connected to earthing test point, main DB, panel board, continuous earth lead protected by 15mm bore GI pipe light grade, 20mm bore GI light grade pipe for watering, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit, RCC chamber cover with suitable reinforcement complete all as shown on electrical plate No 3 of SSR part-I of 2009 all as specified and directed. Note :- Rate quoted shall deem to include for GI earth and GI pipe lead upto 7.5m length.

Taking down unserviceable street light fittings of any type and Supply and fixing LED street light fittings of 30 watts on wall/pole of height 3 to 5M, made up of pressure die cast housing with toughned glass and individual high power LEDs with secondery optics, IP 66 protection and impact resistance of IKO7 of model No SL30WLED757SASYTOPCMP of HAVELLS or equivalant of CG or Philips and electrically connecting up including brackets for street light fitting made of 40/32 mm bore GI pipe light grade 1.5m long bend to shape with flat iron clamps 25x 3mm thick, two Nos with nuts, bolts and applying two coats of aluminium painting over one coat of primerall as directed.

Taking down carefully ceiling fan with rod from ceiling / roof and refixing the same after repairs such as servicing, greasing, replacement of ceiling fan down rod of suitable length, clamps, nuts, washers, rubber bushes, safety pin etc as required and applying one coat of white synthetic enamel paint and writing of MES No complete including connecting up with 2 core twisted flexible copper conductor 23/0.0076 from ceiling rose to fan , test and commissioning all as specified and directed. Note : Rewinding and replacement of capacitor & bearing shall be measured and paid seperately.

Rewinding of ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep any type and make, cutting and removing burnt winding wire without damaging stator, removing old insulation of polyester paper, re-winding fan motor with super enameled copper wire of same gauge/dia with correct number of turns for auxiliary and main winding, varnishing, baking, soldering new lead of twin core multi-stranded copper conductor cable of size 23/0.0076, assembling, replacement of capacitor 2.5mfd and re-fixing, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Takig down exhaust fan of any capacity or model after disconnecting electric connections and refixing the same after carrying out rewinding and any parts required to be replaced as per original, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rewinding shall be measured seperatly.

Rewinding of exhaust fans of any size with approved copper enamelled wire of suitable guage varnishing including replacement of capacitor rubber packing etc and testing complete all as specified and directed

Taking down unserviceable fluorescent tube light fittings, S & F Decorative ultra slim linear LED light fittings with extruded AI, heat sink, environmental friendly, energy efficient ready to use pack of E-LITE LED of 10 W LED 6500K, LHEXBTP7IN1W009 of Havells or equivalant of SSK-T5 12W of Syska or of Crompton Greaves complete with all accessoried internally prewired and including connecting up with twin core twisted copper flexible conductor cable of sutibale size all as directed.

S&F lamp holder, PVC/polycarbonate type with back plate suitable for batten fittings nd electrically connecting up all as directed.
