Design, Fabrication, Supply & ITC including civil foundation work of 12.0 KV, 21kA for 3 sec, SF6 insulated extendable outdoor type 5 way Ring Main Unit. Consisting of 02 Nos. 630 A capacity Load Break Switches (LBS) for incomers and 03 Nos. 630 A capacity VCB switches for Outgoings suitable for termination of 3c x 300 sq.mm., XLPE, Al, Armoured 11KV grade HT cable, housed in suitable SF6 insulated enclosure with all types of protection relays & metering (as specified below) and necessary accessories etc. as required. The operation of the switches shall be spring charged and motorised. RMU shall be suitable for outdoor operation in highly corosive atmosphere and shall be with suitable IP protection.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of 400 KVA, 6-11/0.415 KV dual core, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, Dyn 11, indoor ONAN type, copper wound transformer with OFF load tap changing arrangement on HV side in steps of +/- 2.5% & -7.5%, having cable end boxes on HV side suitable for 3 x 300 sqmm XLPE cable of 11 KV grade and 800 Amp. bus for Cable Termination on LV side complete with all accessories i/c first filling of filtered dehydrated oil and confirming to IS 2026 (Part 1 to Part 5) & as per specification attached complete in all respects as required at site.

Supply of following sizes of Aluminium Power Cables, multi stranded conductor, XLPE Insulated, Armoured, FRLSH at outer sheathed,11kV (E) grade as per IS 7098(Part II) with up to date amendments. 3 core 120 Sq.mm.

Supply of following sizes of Aluminium Power Cables, multi stranded conductor, XLPE Insulated, Armoured, FRLSH at outer sheathed,1.1kV (E) grade as per IS 7098(Part I) with up to date amendments. 3.5 core 185 Sq.mm.

Supply of 160 mm outer dia HDPE (high density polyethylene) pipe confirming to IS 4984: 2016 and uptodate ammendments along with its necessary accessories like coupler, end plugs etc. PE-80, PN-6.

Laying of 160 mm outer dia HDPE (high density polyethylene) pipe confirming to IS 4984: 2016 and uptodate ammendments along with its necessary accessories like coupler, end plugs etc. below the ground (i/c road crossing, cement concrete drain area, etc) at a depth of min 1.5 m through HDD method with fusion welding of HDPE pipes as per site requirement.

Supply of DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked of 160mm outer dia conforming to IS 16205, Part 24 : 2018 and uptodate ammendments along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. as required.

Laying of DWC HDPE pipe along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (upto120 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required. Upto 120 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/HUME/ METAL pipe as required. Upto 120 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required. Upto 120 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation and refilling the trench etc as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering.

Above 95 sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mm

Supplying and making indoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required : 120 sq.mm.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and Copper lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE copper conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 3½ X 150 sq. mm (50mm)

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 3½ X 185 sq. mm (57mm)

Supplying and making straight through cable jointing with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including ferrules suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required : 120 sq. mm.

Supplying and making straight through joint with heat shrinkable kit including ferrules and other jointing materials for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 3½ X 185 sq. mm

Providing, laying and fixing following dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in ground complete with G.I. fittings including trenching (upto 120 cm deep)and re-filling etc as required

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. (but without charcoal/ coke and salt ) as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing brick work (in width 225 mm or more) with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 7.5 in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) at all levels.

Providing 15mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) at all levels finished with a floating coat of neat cement.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation etc including form work etc as required.

Excavation and refilling in soft soil including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Dismantling of HT/LT power cable upto 185 sq.mm. from existing Masonary Duct/HUME pipe/HDPE pipes.

Dismantling of existing 400 KVA oil Type Tranformer with all its accessories and removal all cable termination etc. as complete carefully without damaging the existing and facility and transportation of panel to the AAI Store with in a distance of 3 Km inside operational area.

Underground survey using ground penetrating Radar (GPR) to detect existing utilities up to 5 meter depth along with 5 meter wide corridor, underground survey using EPL to detect existing preparation of route diagram for the above.
