Materials and Labour for flushing condenser, cooling coil and refrigerant pipe line of the window type AC of capacity 1.5/2 TR of any make and capacity installed at various location including complete removal of dust, dirt, bugs, grease, oil etc., brazing the leakages if any in connection pipes of compressor, condenser, cooling coil, pressure testing, checking for leaks, dehydrating and vacuumizing to the standard as per OEM recommendations, charging of refrigerant gas as per OEM's recommendations with and including comprehensive servicing by carrying out necessary repairs, cleaning of filters, adjustments of assemblies, sub-assemblies, check the level of refrigerant, arresting the leakage of any type, replacement of parts, calibration including cleaning of condensor & evaporator coils fins with mild detergent and descaling of condensor coil for window etc. through Authorised Original Equipment Manufacturer's Service Centre Engineers or through OEM Certified Agencies as approved by GE, complete all as specified and as directed. and including testing and commissioning, complete all as specified and directed.
