Supply & Delivery of the Vehicle mountad Suction & Jetting Machine with Sewage water Recycling System of 7000 liters volume as per technical specification enclosed as Annexure-B mounted on Truck Chassis of 18.50 Ton GVW BS-VI with driver's cabin and side PTO. (Including Cost of 18.50T GVW Trick Chassis) (TPS/AKISHA Any Equivater make) the following minimum specifications required: Min 185 Tons Gross Vehicle Weight Truck Chassis with minimum 180 HP Engine Power, with Mini 5200 MM Wheel Base Horizontally mounted 7.000 Litres (Capacity of the Sludge Recycled Water Tank should not be less than 6.000 Litres and Fresh Water shall be minimum 1000 Ltrs) and shall be fabricated out of 5 mm thick Stainless Steel SS 304 plates with vacuum 0.9 bar, 1 bar pressure. The High Pressure Jetting Pump shall be powered by the vehicle engine through suitable drive line power takeoff unit of 2000 KGM capacity Painted mild steel hydraulic-powered hose reel, mounted on the rear door of the tank, complete with rotating joint, automatic hose winding and hydraulic assisted swiveling. Pivoting angle of about 180 degrees hydraulically operated. The machine will be supplied with 120 meter Dia. 25 mm high pressure hose.
