Taking down old unserviceable LT cables of any sizes & types from the trenches or pipe etc and deposited complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for taking out/laying of under ground cables/pipes etc n. exc 10 sqm on plan and n. exc 1.5m in depth and getting out and in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in soft/loose soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc.25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (soils) n.exc.50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc.1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing sand cushioning with a layer of clean, dry fine sand for protection of electric cable laid in trenches/ducts, punned down to desired thickness complete all as specified and directed. (Note: For payment purposes only punned down thickness of sand shall be measured )

M & L for brick protection with sub- class ‘B’ bricks (old size), laid dry, flat in trenches over cable with longest dimension perpendicular to the axis of the cable complete all as specified and directed specified.

Relaying of old brick obtained from existing trenches for protection of UG LT cable complete all as specified and directed.

Laying only and testing LTcable PVC insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty, electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of the following cross-sectional area in trenches/ducts/fixed on wall/passing through pipes complete all as specified and directed :-

(a) 240 sq. mm 3.5 core

(b) 120 sq. mm 3.5 core

(c) 35 sq. mm 3.5 core

(d) 25 sq. mm 4. core

(e) 16 sq. mm 4 core

Supply & fixing in replacement of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts Earthed, grade cross sectional area, 120 sq.mm 3 core including taking out old unserviceable cable complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing floor mounted outdoor cubical type feeder pillar box of size 350mm x 350mm x 300mm fabricated out of CRCA sheet 3.15mm thick and made of MS angle frame work (50x50x6mm), CRCA approved manufacturer, totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof both side hinge opening arrangement on front and back with locking arrangement cable entry and exist from bottom with cable glands and gaskets and 4 Nos legs 1.2 meter length . Aluminium bus bar of suitable rating 200 Amps 3 phase & neutral fixed on porcelain insulator bus-bar shall be insulated with colour codes sleeves / tapes and to be connected with aluminium lugs duly painted with two coats of synthetic enameled paint on the external/internal surfaces over a coat of red oxide primer. (Notes: 1. The specifications of L.T. feeder pillar box shall be as per IEC 60947-I,II & III & IEC 60529. 2. Cost of cable lugs, glands of suitable size and PCC 1:2:4, type B-2(using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) platform/foundation of suitable size and incl necessary earthwork as directed by Engineer-in-Charge shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for the item.):- (i) For incoming Auminium Bus bar of 200 Amps rating -- 04 Nos. S & F steel tubular swaged poles(IS: 2713-1980) , type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metre long) complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and washers including painting the outside surface of the pole with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red-oxide primer and black/white strips up to 1.5 m height after necessary preparation to surfaces all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing only LED street light luminaries 72 Watt, with Penut lens powder coated pressure dia cost aluminium with heat resistant toughened glass with lens and potel driver, separate surge protection, necessary wiring complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in replacement weather proof junction box/terminal box made of polycarbonate material of size 155mm x 210mm x 92mm, IP 66 protection, dust and jet water proof, double hinged, suitable for incorporating cable upto 10 to 16 sqmm size alongwith cable inter with for terminal including control with MCB 6 Amp rating 'C' curve complete with a pair of M.S. flat clamps of size 40mm x 5 mm with necessary bolts, nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel of suitable size duly painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red-oxide primer , fixed to steel tubular pole/concrete pole complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Supply & fixing in repair for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination, cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories, suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sq. mm to 185 Sq.mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repair for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120-185 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for angle iron 40x40x4 mm for cable duct complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for chequered Plates of thickness 5mm square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment (Fe 410-W (GdeE- 250) quality A complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in - Charge.

Material & labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (with using 40mm grade stone aggregate) as in bedding for street light poles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in - Charge.

Material & labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (with using 40mm grade stone aggregate) as in foundation for street light poles and cable duct complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in - Charge.

Material & labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (with using 20mm grade stone aggregate) as in coping complete all as directed by Engineer -in - Charge.
