SCH 'A' PART-I (B/R WORKS) Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as directed.

Complete removal of existing (old) roof treatment of any description as directed.

Material and labour for 40mm thick cement concrete 1:1.5:3 type B0 using 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in roof padding, haunching, roof kerb or similar work including necessary formwork complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement the padding concrete complete all as specified.

Material and labour extra finishing cement concrete surfaces even and fair without using extra cement all as specified.

Supply only water proofing compound all as specified.

Material and labour for applying one coat of cold bituminous primer (as approved by GE) @0.25ltr/per sqm over dried up surface of concrete/plastered including cleaning surfaces confirming to IS 3384-1986 complete all as specified.

Supply and laying APP based polymeric membrane 3 mm thick (Minimum), weighting not less than 3.5 kg/Sqm reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighting not less than 160 gms/sqm) shall be applied over Bituminious primer as specified above. Application of polymeric membrane shall be by torching application etc as per manufacturer's instructions. The overlaps shall be minium 100 mm on the transverse direction and 75 mm longitudinal direction including one coat of aluminium paint over the APP modified membrane @ 0.11 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level all as directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frame with shutters (without taking off shutters from frame) each not exceeding 1.50 Sqm each all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix Steel ventilator with top hung shutter including hinges, steel peg stay, lugs as in hold fast with locking arrangements, complete all as specified.

Supply and fix 3.00 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putting square not exceeding 0.5 sqm in each pane all as specified.

Supply and fix Expanded metal weight not exceeding 4kg per sqm cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or fixing with galvanised steel staples supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members all as specified.

Supply and fix Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and or riveted, or forged in to spikes, framed guard bars, similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 all as specified.

Material and labour for 40mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Aluminium dividing strips, 1.5mm thick 38mm deep and inserted in position to conform to design complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement laid shall be alternate panels and joints filled with bituminous 1 part and 3 part of sand complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc. complete all as directed.

Material and labour for Brick work with sub-class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster, of any description on brick or stone walls, etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water all as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 5 mm thick cement plaster CM 1:3 to ceiling fair and even surfaces all as specified.

Material and labour for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on any face of brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cm 1:4 cement plaster on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces, even and and smooth without using extra cement all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of white wash on ceiling all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on wall all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of exterior weather coats (as per manufacturers instruction) (Appex Ultima) of M/s Assian make or equivalent of M/s Berger, M/s Shalimar, M/s Nerolac with one coat of primer complete all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatmentand applying two coats of exterior wheather coats (as per manufacturers instruction) (Apex Ultima) of M/s Asian make or equivalent of M/s Berger M/s Shalimar, M/s Neroloc over a coat of wall putty complete all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of old steel surface of any description over 10cm width or girth applying one coats of synthetic enameled paint all as specified.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in surface channel/drain all as specified.

Material and labour for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc completed all as specified.

Material and labour for 100mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type B-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate for sub base in floor finished, fair and even including necessary formwork all as specified.

Material and labour for 50mm thick sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering levelling and consoliation all as specified.

Material and labour machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block (rubber moulded) any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 grade with proper jointing, pointed with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in hold fast including necessary form work complete all as specified.

Writing letters or figure (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) not exceeding 30 cm high complete all as specified.

Supply and fix MS 1.00mm thick plain black sheet in wall, cladding steel sign board/gates and similar work cut to size holes punched including round headed screws clout nails rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams including bending or turning up mitred angles etc as required all as specified.

SCH 'A' PART-II (E/M WORKS) Supply & installation of advance encapsulated compound based CPRI tested maintenance free, pipe-in-pie technology upgraded copper pipe in pipe technology electrode. Earthing system conforming IS 3034. The outers and inner pipe should be 76.2 mm and 41.9mm dia, 3 mtrs length, copper pipe 300mm on the top side for additional protection of the terminal. The angular space between the pipes being filled up with COMPACT FILL (CF) (Crystalline Conductive Compound). The COMPACT FILL (CF) mixture which is machine pressed in the pipes should not disintegrate or collapse when outer corrodes. The inner pipe should be extended with terminals for connectivity. The job includes digging the pits and refilling the same by Electrodite/Conductolite Back Fill compound (Ground Enhancer), The BFC should be eco friendly, it should not contain environmental hazardous material/metal having RoHS Certification from NABL accredited lab. The earth pit should be provided with a FRP earth pit cover for protection and safe guard of terminals. In areas where soil condition is bad, good earth is to be arranged to fill the excavated pits by mixing the same with BFC 4 bags (Each bags should be 25 Kgs) extra per pit/unit. As the earth electrode is the main component of the earthing system which is in direct contact with the ground and thus provided a means of releasing or collecting earth leakage currents. The materials should have good electrical conductivity and anti corrosion property in wide range of soil conditions. Make:-Earth Soul ES03 LLL or equivalent make of Elmech.

Material and labour for Aluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof conductors and down conductors above ground as earth continuity conductor for mesh earthing or connection upto test point including dyna roof screw all as specified.

Material and labour Air termination, single pointed, aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long with necessary fixing arrangment as specified.

Material and labour test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorous bronze size 75x75x25mm, drilled and screwed including 03 Nos, dia 25mm long hexagonal head screw made of brass complete all as specified.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete 1:3:6, type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate all as specified.

Material and labour for tube light grade galvanised of size 40mm bore with all fitting all as specified.

Material and labour rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished fair and even all as specified.
