Taking down carefully point wiring of any type complete for light, fan socket or power point with fittings & fixtures such as ceiling rose, electric fittings, holders, switches, sockets, regulators, wooden batten, surface conduit/casing caping/conceal etc. removing materials including accessories for taking credit and making good disturbed surface to match the existing complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) two single core PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade, FRLS-H ,new concealed PVC conduit medium grade not less than 20 mm dia ,conduit fittings and all accessories with suitable size of anodised1.2 mm thick GI metal flush box, for mounting of Modular switches, sockets, fan regulator etc,including modular flush box, modular frame and modular white cover plate as top cover, including contineous earth wire PVC insulated, unsheathed, multi stranded copper conductor cable 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) FRLS-H up to common earth and connected to earth dolly compete all as specified and directed by Eng.-in-charge of the following. Note: (a) Colour code shall be maintained as per IE rule (b) Old existing concealed conduit & inspection box may be used for RCC slab/ Roof only.( c) Quoted rate also deem to be included cost of cutting chases for wiring.(d) make of modular flush box are same as modular switches and sockets. (a) One light/bell point/Fan point controlled by one,one way switch.

(b) One three pin 5 Amp socket on same board with controll with separate switch.

(c) One three pin 5 Amp socket on independent board

All as per item No 2.0 above but one 3 pin socket outlet 15 Amp independent, with cable 2.5 Sq mm size, with earth continuity coductor of size 2.5 Sq mm.

All as per item No 2.0 above but for AC/Geyser point wiring (One circuit for one point only) with cable 4.0 Sq mm size, with earth continuity coductor of size 4.0 Sq mm.

M&L for point wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed FRLSH multi-stranded copper conductor cable 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) 1100 volts grade , along with one single run of same size and type of copper wire as continuous earth wire to common earth dolly drawn in and including non metallic PVC casing & caping with all fixing accessories and making good to match with the existing surface of wall complete all as specified and directed for the following :- Note: (a) Colour code shall be maintained as per IE rule (b) Old existing concealed conduit & inspection box may be used for RCC slab/ Roof only.( c) Quoted rate also deem to be included cost of PVC Square box,Gang Box any module,round plate etc. (a) One light/fan/bell point controlled by one switch

(b) One point for socket outlet 5 amps on independent board

(c) One point for socket outlet 5 amp same board

All as per same in item No 7 above but for one socket outlet 16 Amp on independent board with 2.5 Sq mm cable and 2.5 Sq mm earth wire.
