Power Supply:- 415 volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz Alternating current, Variation as per I.S. vii). Control:- Microprocessor based AC with V3F control (with closed loop), viii) Operation ; Simplex collective (with Auto/ attendent mode), ix). Machine:- Energy efficient machine unit suitable for 4 passenger lift without gear and with machine room . x). Clear Shaft Dimension ( Available ):- 1300 mm(D) x 1500 mm(W) xi). Pit Depth:- 1600 mm Approx(existing), xii). Car Enclosure : SS 304 sheet with hairline finish with hand rail, xiii). Voice Anounciator:- Automatic floor position announcement system xxx). Intercommunication System:- 2 way intercom system to be provided. xxxi) as required as per discussion and direction of the EIC. N.B : Rates should be quoted inclusive of All taxes( GST & CESS ) and of minor civil works, wall/ floor cutting for making holes, chiseling etc. and mending good the damages to the original finish.
