Supply, install, testing & commissioning of servo voltage stabilizer conforming to BIS 9815 -Part-1 for automatic operation, 3 phase naturally oil cooled, unbalanced type , copper wound , indoor type and designed for input variation between 360 V to 480 Volt with out put voltage stabilized at 415 V + 1% and speed of correction not more than 8 volt per second, efficiency not less than 95% capacity 1000 KVA complete all as per IS 9815 (Part I): 1994 or other relevant IS and as directed by Engineer-in-charge (Note) a. the rate inclusive for supplying stabilizer with standard fitting with protection like over load, short circuit, high/loss voltage cut off manual bypass system , IC base control circuit and installing complete including all jointing material , connecting with electrical system, earthing testing and commissioning . (b) Factory testing of acceptance test of the Voltage stabilizer shall be carried out in factory premises of OEM in presence of rep of AO prior to dispatch, information for which shall be given by the contractor to the deptt at least one month advance. (iii) Duty Cycle: Continuous 100% loading at lowest input voltage for indefinite time (iv) Rate of correction: Greater than 3000 volts/sec, the said voltage regulator should sense as well as correct any voltage sag/ fluctuation within 20 milisecons, i.e. one wave from. (v) Overload capacity: 125%, it should be able to take startup load with high in rush currents. (vi) Protections: (a) MCCB/MCB for overload and short circuit protection as per manufacturer recommendations. (b) Intelligent bypass & manual bypass arrangement.
(vii) Voltage regulations shall be performed by IGBT driven PWM invertor operating at around 20 KHZ switiching frequency with typical voltage correction time of 20 ms (one cycle for 50 Hz supply) so that output voltage complies with the requirements of ITIC curve for regulated voltage supply to electronic machinery. (viii) Voltage regulation should be achieved by superimposition of PWM wave on incoming wave, without any brake in the power path.
