Taking out (desilting) silt, Brick Bats, debris liquid waste sludge in solid/semi-solid state from Manholes including pumping out sludge where ever necessary plugging diverting the flow in the drain, removing removed silt/sludge in deposit away from the edge of manholes, by mechanical means such as jet auger and mechanical vacuum tank as directed including use of safety belt, mask, dry cells torch for lightening inside the manholes and taking similar precautionary measures and removing the sludge etc outside MD land in covered container and cleaning the manholes and surrounding with clean water, and closing the manhole with cover etc all as specified and directed:-

a) Manholes not exceeding depth of 1.0 mtr.

b) Manholes depth exceeding 1.0 mtr but not exceeding 2.0 mtr.

Removal of blockage of sewage line of pipe up to150 mm bore and systematically cleaning the same using necessary tools mechanically or manually such as passing rope knot bamboo kanti , jet auger, pressure tool and mechanical tools of description of required size including safety measures such as mask for gas etc all as per item of cleaning of manholes flushing the pipes with water after removal of blockage as specified and directed.

Removal of blockage of sewage line PVC (SWR) pipes of size up to150 mm, fixed in wall and floor, systematically cleaning the same using necessary tools mechanically or manually such as passing rope knot bamboo kanti , jet auger, pressure tool and mechanical tools of description of required size including safety measures such as mask for gas etc all as per item of cleaning of manholes flushing the pipes with water after removal of blockage as specified and directed.

Taking out silt, brick, debris, liquids waste, sludge in solid / semi solid/ liquid state including complete cleaning of septic tank (bailing out water) and suitably disposing off outside MD land in covered container for the following capacities by mechanical means such as Jet auger and mechanical vacuum tank complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

a) 25 to 49 users capacity

b) 50 to 99 users capacity

c) 100 users and above capacity

Cleaning of chocking / blocking of WHB / water closet (Indian/European WC), floor traps, Gully trap using necessary tools and cleaning /washing area and re-fixing the grating, etc in position after completion of job packing with white cement, all as specified and directed.

Loose filling with broken bricks of gauge 40 to 80 mm in soakage pits, soakage wells etc including removal of old filling materials complete all as specified.

PVC (SWR) pipes, 150mm bore, single socketed, 4.00 Kgf per Sqcm pressure, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed in repair / replacement complete all as specified and as directed.

150mm dia bore PVC (SWR) bends, single / double 'Y' or 'T', with access doors, any radius including fixing clips fixed in repair / replacement complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded aggregate bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes of 150mm bore after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

PVC (SWR) pipes, 110mm bore, single socketed, 4.00 Kgf per Sqcm pressure, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed in repair / replacement complete all as specified and as directed.

PVC (SWR) pipes, 75mm bore, single socketed, 4.00 Kgf per Sqcm pressure, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed in repair / replacement complete all as specified and as directed.

110mm dia bore PVC (SWR) bends, single / double 'Y' or 'T', with access doors, any radius including fixing clips fixed in repair / replacement complete all as specified and as directed.

Pre-cast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab of manholes, septic tanks, etc. and set in cement mortar 1:4 including dismantling of damaged RCC covers slab complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Reinforcement will be measured and paid for separately under relevant Item(s).

Mild steel framed work conforming to Fe-290, Gde-E-165 such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new steel surface of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of Synthetic Enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete or as in sub base (75 mm thick) complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping, benching etc. incl weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulders/block masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, ashlar facing, dressed stonework, precast concrete articles and precast concrete block walling etc. Complete all as specified and directed.

Stone masonry walling or squared walling in cm 1:6, brought upto courses using dressed equal size Porbandar stone of superior quality complete all as specified and directed.

Stone masonry walling or squred walling in cm 1:6, brought upto courses but except stone complete all as specified and directed (Serviceable stones retrieved from demolition will be reused).

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, Complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces or stone masonry surfaces or surface in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed

Tile joint sealing using Fevimate TG (Tile grout) from Pidilite Dr fixit / Permagrout / M seal for filling joints of tile to prevent leakage including raking out old joints with necessary tools all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Stainless steel grating round 100mm size of fixed with white cement fixed in repair / replacement complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks & from mouths of circulating pipes etc of service water/loft tanks located at roof of the bldgs at different locations of capacities as followings. (Note- 1. The contractor will write date of cleaning.& due date of cleaning on Tank as directed by the Engr-in-Charge) 2. All pipes/fittings will be reconnected and tested for its leakage complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge and the cost is deemed included in unit rate quoted.

a) capacity not exceeding 250 litres

b) capacity exceeding 250 but not exceeding 500 litres

c) capacity exceeding 500 litres but not exc 1000 litres

d) Capactiy exceeding 1001 liters but not exc 2000 liters

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 m wide and n. exc. 1.5 m in depth for foundation, manholes, pier holes and getting out in soft / disintegrated rock, complete all as specified.

Excavation over area n. exc. 1.5 m in depth for foundation, etc. and getting out in soft / disintegrated rock complete all as specified.

Excavation over area n. exc. 1.5 m wide and n. exc. 3.00 m in depth for foundation, etc. and getting out in soft / disintegrated rock complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material exc. 250 m and n. exc. 500 m, depositing where directed above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars of nominal dia 150mm complete all as specified.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l smooth finished, and reforming benching as required for 150mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

PTMT grating 140mm fixed with white cement fixed in repair / replacement complete all as specified and as directed.

Grating square 150 mm size of PTMT with or without locking pattern (Minimum weight 100gms) in repair / replacement complete all as specified and as directed.

Ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium long rod & highdensity plastic big ball screwed for iron pipe including necessary extension nipple and tank nipple suitable for HDPE water tank with check nut complete and fixed of the following size as in repair :-

a) 15 mm bore

b) 20 mm bore

c) 25 mm bore

Cleaning of RCC over head tanks including all costs required of cleaning materials and equipment man powers and machineries etc. by removing the stored water and washing the surface with high pressure machine using fresh water to remove all dust, garbage particles and then applying a chemical treatment by potassium permanganate with high pressure machine to entire surface and second chemical treatment to entire surface by bleaching powder with high pressure machine and finally wash with plain water with machine to remove all particles from the surface area, at an average height of 20.00 mts. With all necessary scaffolding and safety provision including all taxes etc. complete in all respect as per the direction & approval of the Engineer-in-charge. Note :- 1. The contractor will write date of cleaning.& due date of cleaning on Tank as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. 2. At the time of cleaning all pipes/fittings should be make in good condition as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of static water tanks including all costs required of cleaning materials and equipment man powers and machineries etc. by removing the stored water and washing the surface with high pressure machine using fresh water to remove all dust, garbage particles to remove all particles from the surface area, safety provision including all taxes etc. complete in all respect as per the direction & approval of the Engineer-in-charge. Note :- 1. The contractor will write date of cleaning.& due date of cleaning on Tank as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. 2. At the time of cleaning all pipes/fittings should be make in good condition as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
