Demolition of brick work/stone boulder masonry, built in CM incl all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above GL), complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing barbed, any dia, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good distrurbed ground (posts embedded in natural ground), complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh of any type, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Framed work as in doors or gates of angles or other section with gusset plates, rails braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (excluding of steel sheeting or other covering running rails and guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing, conforming to Fe-290 Grade-E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, as in foundation, filling, mass concreting etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L walling of random rubble, uncoursed well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L walling of random rubble (Except stone), uncoursed well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed. (Stone boulders obtained from demolition shall be reused under this item.)

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses, with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exceeding 40 mm; to block in course masonry (Lime or sand stone), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on stone masonry surfaces or other than fair faces of brick work/concrete surfaces in CM 1:6, finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type to any type of standard rails, straining bolts etc, including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for galvanised, 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia, barbed with 2.00 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rail, straining bolts, incl securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised MS wire, staples or steel pins etc, complete all as specified and directed. (each line wire to be measured).

M&L Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork (rough finished surfaces) to sides of concrete foundations, column footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits of plinth beams or other similar works, vertical or to batter for rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 11 to 15 mm dia MS screw bolts (Machine made ) with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt not exc 10 cm but n exc 15 cm long, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new steel or iron surfaces exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, as in sub base of floors etc, finishing the surfaces even and fair, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size made with grey cement and pigment, confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade, laid over and including 25 mm thick sand cushion, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L precast (factory casted) cement concrete kerb stone casted in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm greaded stone aggregate with plain or interlocking joints (as directed), making groove in ground of desired dimension, placing in position and set and jointed in CM 1:4, making good disturbed surface of ground, complete all as specified and directed.
