Remove the outer cover of outdoor unit and covered the condensing unit with ploythene/plastic cover so that water shall not be entered in the motor while cleaning the unit and filter with pressurized water then apply one coat of descaling solution and clean with wire mesh brush/nylon brush to the condensing coil of outdoor unit and greasing of all moving parts. Cleaning of Cooling and condenser coil of indoor and outdoor unit shall be properly carried out without damaging other parts. Note: IR Value should be less than 5 Ohms. Note: GI earth stip of size 25 x 4 including installation 7.5 Mtr is deemed to be included in the unit rate.

Supply & Fixing in repair aluminium earth strip of size 25 x 3 mm with epoxy insulators and fixing screws etc for earth continuity conductors to test point terminal including taking down old strip, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Deployment of manpower, instrument, tools, and all connected accessories for testing of earth resistance of existing Earthing at provided earth test point for each earth set by competent calibrated digital earth test meter electronic type along with accessories (earth rod set with Cu wire with clips) and recording the result dully signed with date by MES representative and contractor, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

NOTE:- (a) Testing of each Earthing shall be carried out at the interval of 3 months and measurement shall be done each time separately and test result shall be maintained dully signed with date by MES representative and contractor. (b) Pouring of water in each earth pit is deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (c) Necessary arrangement to be made by the contractor for pouring the water in earth pits. Vehicle reqd for carrying/storage of water (upto to the site) with helper will be arranged by contractor and deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (d) Cost of Maintenance of carrying vehicle (if any) and cost of fuel reqd for veh is deemed to be included in the rate quoted.
