M & L joint free non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (sqaure/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc., over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the existing surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 300 mm x 450 mm x7mm thick ,as in vertical surface such as dado/skirting etc ,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colour cement to match the tiles, over & including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced as in chullah hoods, shelves, cover slab and platform, etc,including removal of rubbish out off MOD land etc complete all as specified and directed

M & L for RCC 1:2:4, type B-1(using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in kitchen platform, shelves ,cover slab, etc. including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over grade Fe-500, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for hooping for column,, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick cement plastering in CM 1:3 finishing even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with WPC as per manufacture instructions complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seprerately under respective item of "BoQ")

M&L for laying 30 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0( using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) mix with WPC as per manufacturer instructions on bottom up sunken portion with proper slope towards spout complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seprerately under respective item of "BoQ")

S&F 150 micron thick polythene film pasted with the help of adhesives shall be provided over treatment, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 50mm dia light grade laid in floor as spout pipe projecting 450mm clear outer face of wall to be fixed for drain out water, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound (ISI mark)complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for application of water proofing treatment of sunken portion of WCs ,bath room etc., to be executed through approved applicator of the membrane manufacturer/authorized applicator of the manufacturer with following specification etc complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Cleaning existing surface properly. (b) Applying two coat of Shalimar supercreten/Nitobond/Dr Fixit of make as approved in technical instructions. (c) Fosroc's complast X421 IC@ 130ml per bag of cement including a bonding coat of Fosroc's Nitto bond AR cement slurry /STP No. 1 liquid @200 ml per bag complete (d) This treatment shall be allowed to air curefor four hours followed with water tightness by ponding for 72 hours and rectify defect,if any till elimination of defects.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar, and removal of debries from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18mm -20 mm thick( size not less than 575 mm X 575 mm), laid & jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including grinding, rubbing & polishing over & including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specifed & directed.

M& L for machine cut Kota stone slab 16 to 18mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dados in narrow width, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry pointed with cloured cement to match the shade of the slab including grinding rubbing & polishing over 10 mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4) etc complete all as specifed & directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall or concrete surface etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc & removing the debris from the premises upto 500 m from the MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5mm thick cement plastering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of concrete ceiling surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement omplete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newely plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash on wall complete all as specified & directed.
