REPAIR / MAINTENANCE OF SEEPAGE / LEAKAGE, SANITARY AND OTHER MISC B/R PETTY SERVICES TO MD ACCN CGRA COMPLEX AND OTM ACCN MALKAPURAM AT ICGS VISAKHAPATNAM UNDER GE(I)(CG) VIZAG

M&L for water proofing treatment on existing cleaned on RCC accessible roof with the following specifications and manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed :- (i) Preparing and cleaning of fully dried surfaces as per IS 3067-1966. (ii) Supply and apply of Sikalastic®-590 IN is one component polyurethane based liquid applied membrane with improved water ponding resistance, excellent UV resistance, good crack bridging capacity and great aesthetics. Sikalastic®-590 IN can be applied as a coating or a reinforced liquid applied membrane. (iii) Good behaviour under limited water ponding UV resistant and resistant to yellowing and weathering. (iv) Highly elastic and crack-bridging Non-toxic and VOC compliant water based coating. (v)One component ready to use Excellent adhesion on porous and non-porous substrates. (vi)Seamless waterproofing membrane. (vii) Water vapour permeable for reflective coating to enhance energy efficiency by reducing cooling costs (Sikalastic®-590 IN White). (viii) Sealing of all angles & abutments upstands with extra care to ensure perfect bondage. Sealing of edges well into grooves & protect the seal with a polysulphide/polyurethane sealant all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed. (ix) Coverage area: (a)Primer coat Sikalastic®-590 IN diluted with 10 % water = 0.3 kg/Sqm (b)Base coat Sikalastic®-590 IN ~0.5 kg/Sqm (c)Top coat Sikalastic®-590 IN ~0.5 kg/Sqm (d)(Optional) Seal coat Sikalastic®-590 IN 0.3–0.5 kg/Sqm Note: The information, and, in particular, the recommendations relating to the application and end-use of Sika products, are given in good faith based on Sika's current knowledge and experience of the products when properly stored, handled and applied under normal conditions in accordance with Sika's recommendations.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc stacking the serviceable bricks after removing mortar and cleaning for re-use and disposal of debris and rubbish to a distance n.exc 100m complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Brick work with fly ash brick, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 using old size brick complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plastering on wall surfaces in two coats (10mm+5mm each) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with liquid water proofing compound in top layer as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately against respective item).

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic exterior emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 m/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including one priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces as ecommended by the manufacturer all as specified and as directed (Note : Rate shall be included for necessary scaffolding and safety measures where required at site ).

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and disposal of debris and rubbish to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Vitrified,ultra charged, designed, light shade coloured (light shade), tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick, (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exc 0.36 sqm, in floors, etc including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non-skid, ceramic, coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but n.exc 0.11 sqm, in floors etc, including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Glazed, ceramic, coloured tiles of size 300mm x 200mm x 6-7mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etc, including 10 mm thick bedding in cement mortor 1:4 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.
