Engaging outsource Labours for water maintenance of HLBC, Distributory and Tanks maintenance to No.26,HLBC Sub Division, Bellale for the year 2026-27

The bidder shall compulsorily furnish documents pertaining to experience in supplying man power in past five years.i.e, Sowdies /Canal sluice operator- 2767

The intending bidder/firm/company should have satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor, at least one similar work like supplying man power for Canal/Water Management of value not less than (50 % of the amount put to tender) i.e. not less than Rs.11.98 Lakhs during the last five financial years from 2021-22 to 2025-26. The certificates should be obtained from the competent authority that is not below the rank of the Executive Engineer or equivalent rank officer, (The cost of completed works of previous years will be given a weightage of 10% per year based to bring them to 2026-27 level rupee price value).

Firm registration certificate under the Companies Act 1956 or The Agencies who have been registered under any appropriate Government Department in the State of Karnataka, for having been in existence as a registered Firm/Agency for past five (5) years or more/Class IV and above KPWD contractor registration certificate.

The tenderer should be registered with the Karnataka Labor Department for the supply of Manpower and certificate should be renewed before tender Notification.

Employee Provident Fund Registration certificate and last 3 months remittance challans

Employee State Insurance Registration Certificate and last 3 months remittance challans

PAN ,GST Registration certificate and last 3 months returns filling copies

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e 2021-22 to 2025-26 achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover of the value usually equal to the Amount to tender under this contract. i.e Rs. 23.95 lakhs An additional weightage of 10% for each year will be added to the financial turnover to bring it to the 2026-27 price level. Turnover certificate duly certified by chartered accountant with UDIN should be uploaded.

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under Assessed available tender capacity (AxNx2.5- B) Where, A -Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to 2026-27 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N -Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited. B -Value, at 2026-27 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next one years (period of completion of the works for which Tenders are invited) Note- The statements showing the value of existing commitments and on-going works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed should be counter signed by the Employer in charge, not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent.
