Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earthwith lead upto 50 metres.63 mm to 45 mm size stone aggregate

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30(Zero point twenty five to zero point thirty ) kilogram / Square metre on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 within all leads and lifts and other incidentals including carriage of materials in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 30 mm (thirty millimetre ) thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP (Hot Mix Plant ) producing an average output of 75 (Seventy five ) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 (Five point four to five point six ) percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment , rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 509 within all leads and lifts and other incidentals including carriage of materials in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in soil in hilly area by manual means including cutting and trimming of side slopes and disposing of excavated earth with all leads & lift ,as per drawing and technical specification clause 1603.1 within all leads and lift including carriage of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Earth work in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto any lead ,dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable material within all leads and lift including carriage of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and laying concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete 1:6:12 (One cement :Six sand : Twelve graded stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimetre nominal size ) in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 802,803,1202 and 1203 within all leads and lift including carriage of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand): 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) within all leads and lift including carriage of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and laying Non Pressure NP-3 class (Medium duty) R.C.C. pipes including collars/spigot jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete 900 mm dia RCC pipes. within all leads and lift including carriage of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) within all leads and lift including carriage of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Construction of dry ruble masonry for retaining walls, breast walls, revetment walls and parapets etc. for sub structure and super structure complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 704.6 & 1302.5 within all leads and lift including carriage of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 1204.3.8 Granular material. within all leads and lift including carriage of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) within all leads and lift including carriage of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Type-A “W” metal beam cash barrier comprising of 3 mm(Three millimetre) thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm(Seventy centimeter) above road/ ground level and to be fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150x 75x5mm (One hundred fifty into seventy five into five millimetre) to be spaced 2m (Two meter) centre to centre to be kept 1.80 mtr (One point eigh zero) meter high and to be kept 1.10 mtr.(One point one zero ) metre below ground/ road level all steel parts and fitments to be galvanized by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS: 1367 and IS 1384 as attended upto date , metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a space of channel section 150x 75x 5mmOne hundred fifty into seventy five into five millimetre) and 330mm (Three hundred thirty millimetre ) long complete as per clause 810 connecting to MORTH(Ministry of transpsort highway ) specification (latest revision ) including all fittings required for erection at road site of material equivalent within all leads and lift of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.
