COMPREHENSIVE MAINT AND REPAIR TO EOT AND HOT CRANES INCL CONNECTED WORKS UNDER GE (AF) BIDAR

Comprehensive maintenance of electrically operated Passenger lift No 1 at Left side of staircase of New ATC building at AFS Bidar of capacity (8 persons), 544 Kgs, Door opening 800mm of Make USHA complete all as per Notes below and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. complete all as specified and as directed.

Comprehensive maintenance of electrically operated Passenger lift No 2 at Right side of staircase of New ATC building at AFS Bidar of capacity (8 persons), 544 Kgs , Door opening 800mm of Make USHA complete all as per Notes below and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. complete all as specified and as directed. Notes for Sl item No 1.& 2 as below to be carried out by OEM only: (a) Regularly & systematically examine, adjust lubricate as per standard operating procedure including testing yearly once and judgement conditions warrant the same repair / replace machine controller parts motor trust bearings, brake windings, contacts, coils, resistance for operating motor circuits and other mechanical parts. (b) To renew all wire ropes of equipment and use to take reasonable care to maintain the equipment in proper and safe operating condition. (c) Examine periodically of all safety devices, governors and safety tests to be carried out as per OEM . (d) Repair replacement of misc worn out parts due to normal wear and tear.

(e) The servicing will be carried out once in 30 days by OEM technicians or his representative and service completed report shall be got signed from the User/ MES authority. (f) All responsible steps shall be taken to maintain the equipment in proper operating condition. (g) The contractor shall employ well-qualified and well-experienced supervisory personnel who have minimum qualification of ITI certification in the trade to perform the maintenance services. (h) Services shall be conducted during normal working hours at regular intervals as frequently as the company thinks necessary, having regard to the age, complaint, nature and condition and problem in operation of the elevator. (j) Technician should be systematically inspect, adjust and lubricate the parts of the elevator to the extent necessary to maintain the elevator in satisfactory working order. k) During the break down/ failure in the elevator, a technician may reasonably be responsible to carry out the necessary repairs in order to restore the elevator functioning. (l) Parts which are not covered in routine maintenance work like ARD Batteries, car panels, door parts etc will be measured and paid separetely supply only items fixing charges deemed to incl in quoted rates .

RECOVERY NOTE for Sl item No 1 & 2 as below: (a) Delay in making the lift serviceable for minor complaints more than 24 hours after lodging the complaint through telephone/ SMS will attract recovery @ Rs 500/- per day (irrespective of full day or part thereof) (b) Delay in making the lift serviceable for major complaints more than the time fixed by the Accepting officer will attract recovery @ Rs 1000/- per day (irrespective of full day or part thereof) (c) Any minor spares required for making the lift serviceable shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

Renewal of Lift NOC from the State/Central Chief Electrical Inspector (CEI) for safety aspects of Lift in all respects and cover all safety parameters by providing required documents such as Lift safety certificate from the OEM, AMC copy by Contractor/OEM, deposit necessary Fee for CEI exmination/visit and requesation letter from this office and other reqd documents as asked by the Inspector complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Fee for CEI examination/Visit rate shall be include in quoted rates and the same receipt and safety certificate to be submit all as specified. 2. Laise with the authority to inspect/examnination of lift and transportaiton complete deemed to in quoted rates.

Disconnection and removing the U/S lift motor of capacity 12.5 HP carefully from the shaft and rewinding the same with single strand fine enamel bared copper conductor of same guage, weight and turns and keeping the windings into hot air oven till the moisture evaporates and refixing the same in its original position after completion of repairs including connecting the cables and all the accessories testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Suppy and fix 12 Volts 9 AH maintenance free sealed battery for lift operations complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Power contactor, 40 A main contactor (2NO+2NC) with 110VDC control circuit complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing lift cabin fan suitable for existing lift make: USHA

Supply only IRSU full length light curtain-door safety complete all as specified and as directed.
