M&L for pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated top with mangalore pattern tiles finished steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed in repair with self tapping J hooks or welding complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre including necessary hangers 6mm dia GI up to1200mm length adjusting level fixed to roof slab by means of cleats made out of FI 40x3mm size 60 cm long and expansion holdfast 12.5mm dia 40mm long with and including PVC profile ceiling of surface laminated any pattern and any shade of 7 to 10 mm thickness and any colour completely all as specified and as directed.

M&L for roofing tiles of mangalore pattern interlocking laid dry and at side jointed including applying of one coat of exterior antifungal paint approved colour on roof tiles surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for ridge or hip tiles to suit mangalore pattern roofing tiles bedded and jointed with lime mortar 1:3 or cement mortar in CM 1:6 including applying of one coat of exterior antifungal paint approved colour complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in concrete for cover slab supported walls, landing ,canopies and shalfs all as specified and as directed by engineer in charge

Laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base Course (GSB) grading as per Grade I as specified, in a single layer over compacted subgrade with natural sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone, Combination thereof as per the grading required. The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and leveling on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity, and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-1 00 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of atleast 98% of the Maximum Dry Density. Consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded agg) 150mm thick sub base .complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge

M&L in repair for precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 100 mm thickness, M-50 grade with using grey cement and pigment laid complete all as specified and directed.

Make-Asian (Apex Ultima) paints/Berger (Whether coat long life) including necessary scaffolding upto 2th floor.

Returning filling with excavated soil in layers n exc 25cm thick including spreading levelling watering and well ramming complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removal of debris/malwa/surplus soil to a distance exc 1.50 Km but n exc 5.00 Km out side MD land and depositing where as directed, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for point wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 volt grade, FRLS of size 1.5 Sqmm drawn in and including PVC rigid conduit of size not less than 20mm dia with accessories (concealed) including modular metal flush box of suitable size with inner and outer white plastic plate (same make of switch and socket) including continues 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor (multistranded) PVC insulated and unsheathed cable earth wire to common earth and connected to earth dolly complete all as specified conforming to IS-694 for the following:- (a) One light point controlled by one switch 6 Amps

M&L for Removing excavated soil to a distance not exc 50m and deposited where as directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing dry screened river sand as in sand cushioning to under ground cable including punning down of sand by layer complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Supply and lay unreinforced precast cable cover Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm size complete all as specified and as directed.
