Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within upto all lead:- as per direction of Engineer-in-charge In cement mortar, including , lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. (Servicable material to be handed over to the Deptt.)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm (Thirty centimeter) in depth, 1.5 m (One point five meter) in width as well as 10 sqm (Ten square meter) on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead within upto all lead:- and lift upto 1.5 m, (One point five) as directed by Engineer-in-charge. All kinds of soil, including , lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (One Cement isto four coarse sand) isto eight graded stone aggregate 40 mm (Forty milimeter) nominal size), including , lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 (Seven point five) in foundation and plinth in:- Cement mortar 1:4 (one cement isto four coarse sand) including , lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Brick work with common brunt clay F.P.S (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 (Seven point five) in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4 (One cement isto four coarse sand) excluding cost of brides, which available from existing damaged boundary wall), including , lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. (Labour rate including cost of mortar)

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate,including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete, including , lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Fencing with angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 m (One hundred meter) (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles etc. complete. (Cost of posts, struts, earth work and concrete work to be paid for separately). Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used. With G.I barbed wire, including , lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

15 mm (Fifteen milimeter) cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix:- 1:4 (One cement isto four coarse sand), including lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge, in all heights.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade :- New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm), in all heights including , lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
