Operation and Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (CMC) of central Heating System installed at VIP Hut Complex Gulmarg of Hospitality and Protocol Department for year 2023-24. The job also includes operation of Central Heating System for the period of 15 days during the period 15-12-2023 to 15-03-2024 (as and when required ) which comprises of ;-

Providing of skilled Operators (one person per shift) for operating Central Heating System round the clock as per labour law.

Servicing of Central Heating system including boilers and radiators. The job includes replacement of defective refractory, seals, gaskets, asbestos rope, asbestos felt, asbestos sheet, defective nuts and bolts etc. The tools & tackles required for the job and any other consumable shall be provided by the contractor before commencement of central heating system.

Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (CMC) of Central Heating System for a period of 03 mouths for the year 2023-24 which Comprises of; a, Provision of various consumable like Dhoti Cloth, Grease, Insulation tapes , gland packing etc necessary during smooth operation of central Heating. b, Provision of replacement of various spares like electrodes photocells , nozzles, oil pumps, sequence controller damaged during the period etc. c, Provision of replacement of various capacities of contactors , relay, timers, fuses etc for panel and sub- panel damaged during the period d, Provision for over hauling of raw pumps ,oil transfer pumps, circulation pumps etc of various capacities damaged during the period. e, Provision of servicing of electrical motors of various capacities including impregnation , varnishing damaged during the period. f,The job is exclusive of any major replacement of equipment’s of the central heating system such as Boilers, Mixing Tank, Radiators, Sequence Controllers, Transformers etc
