Dismantling old posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) embededed in Concrete, brick work, masonry, etc any section, including taking out embedded portion including necessary excavation & prepration of post holes and removal of surplus excavated material from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement Concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 using 40mm graded agregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel angle, flat iron as in post & strut including cutting tops to shape, drilling holes, notching for wire, incl flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and nosing to steps including embeding in concrete etc or similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde 165 complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only old dismantled steel posts / struts including embeding in concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismanting of fencing wire mesh barbed wire etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS Galvanized chain link fencing of any size any type confirming to relevent IS including line wires, any mesh, size and type, fixed to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only old dismantled chain link fencing includiing line wires, any mesh size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specifierd and directed .

S&F in repair Mild steel Round bars 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips complete all as specifierd and directed

S&F in repair Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured), complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only for restaining/resecuring existing barbered wire including making good staples etc or provideing new staples or binding wire complete all as spcified and directed.

Dismantling mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Framed work such as in door frame, door shuters / gate of angel, flat Iron, plates or other section incl preparation for fixing of steel sheeting or other convering doors to be prepared for hanging including hinges, hold fast , handles , locking arrangement and all necessary required fittings of Fe 410-W (Gde E-250 quality - B) etc complete all as specified.

M&L for two coat of synthetic enamel paint (finishing coat) over one coat of primer to new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth incl prepration of surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of old Steel/Iron surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of precast concrete block masonry work for ashlar facings,dressed stonework,precast concrete articlesand precast concrete block walling built in cement mortar or cement lime motar completed all as specified and directed.

M&L precast cement concrete block masonry type C1 (1:3:6) using 20 mm graded aggregate with solid block, exc. 10 Cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plastering/rendering on brick work on concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) incl finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls including cornices, pillasters etc, and applying two coats of cement base paint over and including one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver blocks of any shape and size of M-35 grade confirming to IS 15658 - 2006 filled with grey cement and pigment and laid over and including 15 mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed. Note:Rate of sand cushioning included in the unit rate.

M&L coloured chequered cement concrete tiles of size 200mm x 200mm x 25 mm, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment in floors thick laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 bedded and jointed in neat cement slurry complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base to floor or for laying of floor finishes or similar works complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150 mm thick Cement concrete work type B-1 (1:2:4) (using 20mm graded aggregate) for pavement/ hardstanding and flooring or similar works finished even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10 mm wide, filled with sealing compound, Grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct Credit for Demolished/Dismantled material Rs (-) 39,475.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II (Credit Schedule) Note : Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount, to be considered to arrive at the 'Contract Sum'.
