SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I : BOQ OF WORKS FOR B/R WORKS.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), including cleaning, removal and disposal of rubbish/ waste materials from premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete M-7.50(1:4:8), type D-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), nominal mix, 75mm thick, as in sub base of floors, finished even and rough without using extra cement, to receive floor finishes of any type, complete all as specified and as directed..

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade with approved colour, design and pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness and size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 40mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and as directed.

Chequered cement concrete coloured tiles, pre-polished, size 300mmx300mmx25mm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles, laid over 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

Pavement Quality Cement concrete work in pavement/ hard-standing, having minimum flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field at 28 days using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 15 cm or less, laid in bays to required gradient and camber, mixed with tri-angular/ non circular synthetic fibre reinforcement @ 0.25% by weight of cement prepared and compacted using full width fully mechanised paver including form work/ bull nosing rounding of edges, finishing by mechanical bailing/ brooming/ texture surface and curing, complete all as specified and as directed.

Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, for thickness of concrete slab of 200mm, filled with sealing compound grade ‘A’, complete all as specified and as directed.

Forming 12 mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’, for thickness of concrete slab of 200mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation over areas, not exceeding 1.50mtr in deep; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out, in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Hardcore of broken stone or boulders gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete M-7.50(1:4:8), type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as mass concrete in foundation, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.50mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50mtr in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.50 mtr in depth and getting out, in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete M-10(1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as mass concrete in foundation, complete all as specified and as directed.

Rolled mild Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS:1161 1979 grade St.-240, complete all as specified and as directed.

Rolled mild steel in stairs (framed) including stringers, treads, landing, balusters, hand rails etc. including cleats, brackets, etc. conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde E- 250) quality A, complete all as specified and as directed.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 Cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete M-7.50(1:4:8), type D-2 (using 40mm crushed stone aggregates) as in bed to drain pipes of 200mm bore including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested; after laying, complete all as specified and as directed.

Reinforced concrete pipes, size 200mm bore, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars, complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of on brick work or concrete surfaces, in cement mortar 1:4, rendering is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra cement), complete all as specified and as directed.
