SUB ESTIMATE I- DRILLING OF BORE WELL Transportation from one drilling site to the next site of the down the hole hammer drilling rig along with the compressor, supports truck all the allied drilling instruments diesel and oil barrels drilling screw and laborers for all leads.

Setting of drilling rig on the drilling site and its shifting after completion of bore wells, drilling 203/150mm dia bore hole in all types of starta up to a maximum depth of 100mts and collecting and supplying representative simple of all soil rock strata encountered during drilling etc. complete. Over burden drilling 203mm dia and drilling through rock should be 150mm dia.

Development of borewell using air compressor air/back washing for a period of and less than hours until all lines are flushed out and steady discharge is attend & measuring the well discharge on 90 degree V notch or with a barrels and stop watch. tube wells by uo to compressed air/back washing for a minimum period of two hours and all fines are flushed out including equipment for re-drilling and its removal after completion.

Providing 150mm (6") dia. G.I.pipes Medium grade (Class B) conforming to IS 1239/1973 for casing pipe including seam collar coupling etc. complete and lowering the casing pipes in the drilling holes during drilling including fixing the pipe with socket of welding etc. complete.

Supplying cast iron fittings as per IS : 1538 -1993 including sealing rubber gasket (NR) CI Compression glands and coated MS Nuts bolts. VII) Joint End Cap d) 150mm nominal dia in mm.

Manual cutting of C.I./G.I Pipes with a steel saw/ hacksaw, by cutting the pipe vertically in two pieces including the cost of labour, tools etc complete as per the direction of Engineer incharge. D) 150mm nominal dia in mm.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of Larsen & Turbo or equivalent made control panel for submersible pump up to 7.5 HP DOL comprising of Starter with Overload relay, single phasing preventer, ammeter ,Volt meter and indicating lamp, On/Off push Button etc.as per direction of Engg in charge complete.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning KSB make borewell submersible pumpset. Model: CORA 7C/25+UMAL 100-3.7/22 Head(M) : 170-62 mts Discharge (LPM); 33-167 lpm Motor Rating : 5.0 HP

Providing and fixing following capacity TPN disconnector fuse switch unit inside the existing cubicle panel board without HRC fuses including drilling holes in cubicle panel making connections etc. as required. a) 32 A TPN, CAT B

Supplying & fixing of ASTM UPVC pipe conforming to ASTM 1785 with ISO 14001 etc. complete. I ) SCH-40 (blue)/(white) Outer Dia in mm e ) 50 mm dia

Providing & fixing submersible Armoured PVC/XLPE 1100 V cable 3 core 2.5sq.mm copper

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation pipeline trenches drain ( not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sq .m. on plan)including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms ,lift up to 1.5m.including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50m. a) All kinds of soil.

Supplying at store or site of work including loading, unloading and stacking at site PVC (RING FIT) pipes conformingto IS: 4985-2000 with elastomeric sealing ring (one per pipe) and with rubber ring socket conforming to ISO 4411 (latest edition) Class 4kg/sq.cm. Outer Dia in mm a)63 mm

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 2 mts. Long 40 mm dia medicum class with ISI mark, of approved brands, including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with CI/RCC cover having locking/lifting arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal or coke and salt) as required as per the Earthing Drawing provided by the Engineer-Incharge. The scope of work includes the following: a) Excavation of pit of size 1.0x1.0x2.0 mtrs. (min) and disposal of excavated soil. b) Class B G.I. pipe. 40mm diameter as per specifications. c) Charcoal/salt as per specs (paid seperately). d) Refilling the pit of size 1.0x1.0x2.0 mtrs. (min) with soft black soil of minimum resistivity i/c transportation. e) Masonary chamber with proper foundation, cover plate and locking arrangement. f) Testing of earth value with earth megger and certifications of its value. Aluminium tag with embossed earthing value to be attached to the pipe. g) watering arrangement (plumbing will be paid seperately). a) In soily strata (Masonry chamber not included)

Flushing existing tubewell with the help of drilling machine,fitted with air compressor including following operations. d) Reinstallation of submersible pumpset in the tubewell removed from the tubewell or new pump after flushing etc. all complete excluding cost of G.I. pipe reqd. to be replaced if necessary.
