Dismantling tile work, thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles Matt/Antiskid finish of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/ sq.m including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick Granite stone slab colour black, cherry /Ruby red gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Finishing walls with textured exterior antifungal paint of required shade New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm

M&L for distempering two coats with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour over a coat of water thinnable cement primer over two coats of white cement based putty of average thickness1 mm, over the newly plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete, as per manufacturer's specification complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for applying/finishing walls with two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade with silicon additives (Two or more coat applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm over two coats of wall care exterior putty and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for POST-CONSTRUCTIONAL anti-termite treatment (excluding the cost of chemical emulsion Along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc With Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for POST-CONSTRUCTIONAL anti-termite treatment (excluding the cost of chemical emulsion Treatment of soil under existing floors using chemical emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300 mm apart including drilling 12 mm diameter holes and plugging with cement mortar 1 :2 (1 cement : 2 Coarse sand) to match the existing floor With Chlorpyriphos/Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of old paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. and applying/finishing walls with two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade with silicon additives (Two or more coat applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm over two coats of wall care exterior putty and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter of area 3 sq. metres and below including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing to existing door frames 24 mm thick factory made PVC door shutters made of styles and rails of a UPVC hollow section of size 59x24 mm and wall thickness 2 mm (± 0.2 mm) with inbuilt edging on both sides. The styles and rails mitred and joint at the corners by means of M.S. galvanised/ plastic brackets of size 75x220 mm having wall thickness 1.0 mm and stainless steel screws. The styles of the shutter reinforced by inserting galvanised M.S. tube of size 20x20 mm and 1 mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness. The lock rail made up of 'H' section, a uPVC hollow section of size 100x24 mm and 2 mm (± 0.2 mm) wall thickness, fixed to the shutter styles by means of plastic/galvanised M.S. 'U' cleats. The shutter frame filled with a uPVC multi-chambered single panel of size not less than 620 mm, having over all thickness of 20 mm and 1 mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness. The panels filled vertically and tie bar at two places by inserting horizontally 6 mm galvanised M.S. rod and fastened with nuts and washers, complete as per manufacturer's specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (For W.C. and bathroom door shutter).

Providing and Fixing factory made UPVC door frame, made of uPVC extruded sections, of size 65 mm x 55 mm with wall thickness 2.0 mm (± 0.2 mm), corners of the door frame to be mitred cut and jointed with plastic brackets and stainless steel screws, reinforcing hinge side vertical of the frames with PVC profile of Size 28 mm x 30 mm having wall thickness 2 mm (±0.2 mm), including providing & fixing 3 nos of 125 mm long stainless steel hinges to the frame, fixing the frame with jamb with required number & size of anchor dash fastners, all complete as per manufacturer's specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge

M& L for mechanical cleaning of surface to make it free from any bituminous residue /dirt, oil and Greece etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (a) M&L for cracks treatment by cutting open cracks and cleaning it from dirt/loose materials etc and filling with polyurethane based sealant with and including application of PU based primer all as directed by GE/Engr-in-Charge.

(b) M&L for applying water based polyurethane modified dispersion (single component, cold applied, non toxic, VOC complaint) in 03 coats including 01 coat of primer of same materials after dilution of water at 50% or specific primer matching same materials as per manufacturer specification and as directed by GE/Engr-in-Charge.

Properties of Polyurethane based chemical shall confirm to following Technical Parameters:- (i) Highly Elastic. (ii) UV Resistance. (iii) Adhesion to concrete. (iv) Tensile strength – not less than 2.0 N /Sq.mm for free film. (v) Elongation – not less than 300%. (vi) Solid content by weight- not less than 60% (vii) Air/water permeability BSEN 12390 at 5 bar -72 hours should be NIL and minimum dry film thickness of water proofing membrane must be 1.0 mm. (viii) Accelerated weathering (ASTM453) : Pass 1000 hours. (ix) Reaction to fire – non inflammable.

Providing and fixing brass curtain rods 25 mm diameter of wall thickness 1.25 mm with two brass brackets fixed with brass screws and wooden plugs etc. wherever necessary complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts 150x10 mm ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts 300x16 mm, ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868), transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with nuts and screws etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing cupboard shutter with 19mm thick one side decorative and other side balancing lamination factory pressed BWP grade marine ply as per IS 710 of approved brand including 2mm thick PVC edge banding tape with hot glue by edge bending machine etc. with auto closing spring loaded hinges (hydraulic type) etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Double strip (horizontal type) magnetic catcher of approved quality in cupboard / ward robe shutters, including fixing with necessary screws etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation all kind of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level) complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

M & L for PCC foundation, PCC 1: 3:6, type C1 using 20mm stone aggregate and making all as specified for mounting GI pipe and LED light fitting including necessary excavation work, directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for coping around poles , including necessary form work finishing even and smooth without using extra cement , all as specified and directed.

Supply and spread riddle earth for cable protection in trenches 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm deep over the cable (Note: Punned thickness of sand shall be measured and paid)

M & L for Bricks, common burnt clay building bricks, sub-class ‘B’ Designation 75, laid in trenches as cable protection, complete all as specified and as directed.

S& F PVC insulated, PVC sheathed copper cable of size 1.5 sqmm x 3 core conforming to relevant IS, ISI mark all as specified and directed. Note:- Contractor shall provide flexible PVC pipe for protection of flexible cable as per requirement without any extra cost.

S & F Thermoplastic cable junction box of size 155mm x 210mm x 92mm , IP 66 , halogen free and weather proof with locking arrangement and necessary mounting arrangement on pole by providing MS clamp with nut , bolt and double washer , for outdoor installation complete with connector terminal for connecting cable, knockouts for cable entry up to the size of 10 Sqmm x 4 core, making connection of cable by providing suitable size cable lugs and PVC glands complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Contractor shall provide cable lugs and PVC gland of suitable size if required on site for connecting cable in junction box.

S & F Non metallic PVC Heavy grade (HMS) conduit 20 mm dia, ISI marked, white in color for drawing aluminium/ copper conductor cable from junction box to light fitting including fixing the conduit on wall/surface by providing GI clamp and buried of conduit in trench in underground including excavation as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Contractor shall provide flexible PVC pipe for protection of flexible cable as per requirement without any extra cost.

Supply and lay in trenches /fixed on wall GI tubing light grade 50 mm bore for the protection of cables with necessary fittings such as bend , tee, elbow etc complete

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in mass concrete, filling , etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing building security light fitting LED 48 W , Pressure die cast aluminium housing with toughned glass with Glare free Secondary lens having >110lm/W ; IP66 Protection ; 10KV -SPD ; Driver unit should be access from outside for easy maintenance with suitable GI bracket including clamp & nut/bolts etc.

Dismantling G.I. pipes (external work) including excavation and refilling trenches after taking out the pipes, manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of pipes within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge :

Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc, not exceeding 80 mm dia including excavation for sockets, depth upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated materials, returning the soil as required in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layers by ramming, watering etc., stacking serviceable material for measurements and disposal of unserviceable material as directed, within a lead of 50 m :

M&L Construction of brick masonry valve pit of internal dimension 60 x 60 x 60 cm depth with sub class 'B' bricks in CM (1:4) and 10 mm thick plastering in CM (1:4), PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (Using 40 mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in foundation lean concrete, PCC (1:4:8) type CI (using 20 mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in bedding and copping MS frame with 40 x 40 x 6 mm angle iron and 6 mm thick MS sheet cover plate with locking arrangements, hinges and two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surface, two coats of white wash on plastered surface (exposed to view) including necessary excavation in soft loose, soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Dismantling of flexible pavement (bituminous courses) by mechanical means and disposal of dismantled material up to a lead of 1 kilometre, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cutting the existing GI pipe of size 80 mm dia, inserting tee of size 80 x 80 x 40 mm for taking branch connection including necessary threading, earth work, returning, refilling etc complete all as specified and directed.
