Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m.

(a) All kinds of soil.

Providing & laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level.

(a) 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand(Zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.

(a) In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder. Railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:

Two or more coats on new work.

Supplying at site R.C.C. Standards post/ struts/ rails/ pales of mix 1:1:5:3 (1 Cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size) with wooden plugs or 6mm bar nibs wherever required as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Cost of earth works in excavation, concrete works in foundation to be paid seperately).

Welded steel wire fabric fencing with posts of specified material and of standard design placed and embedded in cement concrete blocks 45x45x60 cm of mix 1:5:10 (1 Cement:5 fine sand : 10 graded stoneaggregate 40 mm nominal size), every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and struts embedded in cement soncrete blocks 70x45x50cm of the same mix, provided with welded steel wire fabricfixed between the posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples on wooden plugs or tied to 6 mm bar nibs with G.I. binding wire (cost of posts, welded steel wire fabric, painting, earth work in excavation and concrete to be paid for seperately).

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire of nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm.
