Excavation in foundation, trenches ( for pipes & pits) etc. upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing and pumping out water, blasting soft/ hard rock or chieselling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, leveling of beds to correct grade i/c shoring /strutting , planking, timbering & dewatering wherever required, stacking the useable & unuseable material /soil separately & after laying jointing & testing of pipes, returning the useable soil in trenches in 15 cm layers including consolidating of such deposoited layer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated soil /unusable material as directed with in all leads & lifts including restoration unmetalled surfaces to its original condition & including cost of diversion for traffic, night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects with in all leads & lifts as per directions of engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement:3sand:6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement:1.5 sand : 3graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work and re-inforcement for reinforced concrete work in:

Foundations, footings, basis of columns & the like and mass concrete.

wall (any thickness but not less than 0.1 m thickness) attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement:1.5sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work and re-inforcement for reinforced concrete work in Suspended floors:

Providing tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level. i/c cost of binding wire in all leads and lifts as per directions of engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fairfinish I/c centring , shuttering , strutting and proping etc.with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4m and removal of the same for insitu- reinforced concrete &plain concrete work in :-

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness), partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttress,plinthand string courses and the like.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors , roofs,landings and the like.Floors etc up to 200mm in thickness.

Providing & fixing MS steel sheet manhole cover & frame conforming to IS-code and sfecification, of size 500mm diameter complete in all respect.

Laying, jointing and testing in trenches galvanized mild steel screwed & socketed /flanged pipes of following diameter and class, tube fittings in trenches i/c carriage of pipes from Sub-Divisional Store to site of work,(Earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately) complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge: (LR):

Laying, & Jointing of G.I. Pipes (l/C) in trenches including refilling and testing etc. complete with fittings of various dia with in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge (earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately) (LR)

Laying and binding ( By way of circumferental Flanged ) by electrical arc welding ) and testing of galvanised mild steel tube G.I pipe of following Dia. Confirming to BIS 1239-2001 ( Latest with upto date ammendements having wall thickness as per code with bevelled / Plain ends in a random length of 4 to 7 Mtrs. including mfg. reducers/ tapers all the pieces , bends etc. as per site requirement made from parent tube. The laying of will includes all operation such as Cutting , welding , jointing , fabrication of bends , tee etc. including lowering and laying in excavated trenches to ensure required level including flushing and cleaning anad hydrullic testing complete in all respectto the satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge. the fabricated bend shall have three or four cuts having its radius not less than five times the dia. of ppe . the dameged portion of the pipe end special made form the parent tube during welding or otherwised shall be provided anti corrossive treatment by applying two coats of anti corrossive bitumens paint over a priming coat as per AWWA specifications C- 203 -1978. the welding electric shall be Aas per IS 814 of advani OerIkon / L&T or ISI markd make . The rate also includes entire carriage of material, flushing, cleaning , hydraullic testing complete to the best satisfication and direction of Enginner in Charge with in alll leads and lifts .( Earth work in trenches will be measured and paid for separtely. Booster-I (Bore-I) Supply of submersible pumping set of (KSB /Kalama/Kirloskar/Johnston/Cromption/BS) or any other approved make conforming to IS latest suitable for lifting clear water (latest with uptodate ammendments) fitted with bronze impellers/suitable alloy directly coupled to squirrell case electric induction motor of same make as (manufacurer standard) conforming to IS (latest with upto date ammendments) and totally water proof for submersible duty, isolated from the pump by intermediate casing with double mechanical seal in oil chamber, grease packed lubricated bearings & provided with stainless steel thrust bearing plate to with stand vertical loads with minimum wear & tear.
