REPAIR REPLACEMENT TO PORTABLE WATER SUPPLY LINE, PAINTING OF EQUIPMENT AND ALLIED SERVICES AT MIL STN AGARTALA

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth in soft/loose soil for foundation etc, or for shafts, wells/laying of pipeline cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc 50m and deposting where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point.

Taking up CI/DI water mains of 150 mm dia (including all fittings), with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead complete all as directed.

Material & Labour for ductile iron pressure pipe 150 mm bore centrifugally cast with socket & spigoted ends Class K- 9, ISI marked duly embossed suitable for (push on joint) rubber gasket D jointing with inside cement mortar lining with internal metalic zinc coating and external black bitumen coating including jointing material complete all as specified and as directed.

Testing of water sample from Govt NABL laboratory and submit test report ,parameters mention as per IS -10500 (2012), water collected from Borewell (Raw water) at different pump houses at Mil Stn Agarta following test : (a) Iron Test, (b) Chlorine test, (c) Turbidity test, (d) Hardness test, (e) TDS test (f) pH (g)Alkalinity (h) hardness (i) TSS (j) Total solid (k) Chloride (l) Residual Chlorine (m) Calcium,(n) Magnesium (o) Dissolved Oxygen ,(p) Total Acidity (q) Arsenic (r)Sulfate (s) Nitrate (t) Fluoride (u) Manganese . Note -: (for item no 6 to 8) (i)Test report to be submitted at the time of claimed.(ii) Water test should be carried out quarterly.

All as per item above 7 but water collected from user end through different pump houses at Mil Stn Agarta.

Cutting hard standing / road for laying of pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) for filling and making good of disturbed surfaces of road/hard standing etc complete all as specified and as directed

Material & labour in repair for construction of 230mm thick bnrick masonary valve chamber built in CM 1:6 of valve pit of size 900x900x1200mm (internal size) with 100mm thick foundation using PCC 1:4:8 type D2 with 100mm offset,15mm thick plastering internally and 15cm below GL externally in CM 1:6, 3mm thick MS sheet cover ,double/single door welded to 50mmx50mmx6mm MS angle iron fram fixed with hold fasts in PCC 1:2:4 tyupe B1 coping 50mm thick, 20mmx6mm flat iron hinges with loocking arrangement including lock 65mm brass and keys, MS handies and applying one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint to all steel surfaces including excavation & earth work in any type of soil / rock and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 11 here-in-before but of size 900x900x900mm (internal size)

Labour only for cleaning of bushes, inside the periphery and clearance of bushes and trimming trees around the water storage overhead tank complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Non- feric alum (crystal) 50 Kgs in pack (for treatment of water in pump house) complete all as specified and directed

Supply and laying 3 layer PP-R polypropyline random copolymer concealed pipes 160 mm bore of SDR 7.4 (PN-16) UV stabilised and anti-microbial fusion welded having thermal stability for water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropyline random fittings fixed complete to laid in trenches complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fixing connecting and testing of CI sluice valve ,ISI marked duly embossed 150 mm bore both ends flanged,with CI body and brass spindel with bolts and nuts ,operating wheel etc.including taking down old unserviceable, non rising type class PN-1.6 including ,jointing material rubber gasket, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing connecting and testing of CI sluice valve ,ISI marked duly embossed 100 mm bore both ends flanged,with CI body and brass spindel with bolts and nuts ,operating wheel etc. including taking down old unserviceable,non rising type class PN-1.6 including ,jointing material rubber gasket, complete all as specified and directed.

NOTES :- 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc, required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule 'A' notes for details.
