Errection of tubular pole of length exceeding 10 M but not exceeding 12M in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 coarse: 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominalsize) foundation including excavation & refilling etc as required.

Supply of two lengths of channel iron 75 mmX40 MMX5.7 Kg/m double pole cross arm for 3 wire O.H. kline conductors complete with through bolts & nuts for clamping to the poles 50 mm X 6 mm MS flats welded on one side th the channel iron and with bolts & nuts on the other side for lying cross arm together, including drilling holes for insulators Pins/ fittings, nolts & nuts etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supply of chanel Iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 Kg./m) cross arm for two 11 KV O.H. line conductor complete with 50 min X 50 mm X 6 mm (angle iron bracket welded to the channel iron and complete with 50 mm X 6 mm MS flat iron clamp bolts and nuts including drilling of holes for insulators, pins, bolts & nuts etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Erection of angle iron/ channel iron cross arm on wood/RCC/ PCC/steel tubular/ rail pole etc. as required.

Supply and erection of approved make safe earthing electrode consisting pipe-inpipe technology as per IS 3043-1987 made of corrosion free G.L. pipes with constant ohmic value surrounded by highly conductive compound with high charge dissipation suitable for effective and maintenance free earthing in earth pit of minimum bore dia. 150mm size, With 3 metre G.I. pipes having outer pipe dia of 50mm having 80-200 micron galvanizing. Inner pipe dia. of 25mm having 200-250 Micron galvanizing, connection terminal dia. of 12mm in nominal soil with 50 kg (two bag) back filling bentonite compound UL. listed and confirm to relevant International/Indian standards around electrode upto ground level.

Supply & fixing of 25Sqmın Single Core Alu Cable

Supplying and erection of galvanised stay set for 11 KV over head lines complete with 19/20 mm dia X 1.8 metres long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm X 45 cm X 7.5 mm thick, thimble, stay clamps, turn buckle (20 mm X 600 mm), 7/4.00 mm dia G.I. stay wire and 11 KV strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Erection of ACSR conductor of 7/3.35 mm to 7/4.00 diameter and above including binding etc, as required.

11. Supply & erection of Stay Wire

Dismantling of pole/street light standard/strut embeded in cement concrete etc as req.

Dismaniling O.H. lines comprising of copper/alluminium O.H. Inductor GI wire, cross arms, insulator etc as req.

Supply and errection of 11KV Pin Insulator complete with large steel head GI pins, nuts and washers etc as req.

Supply and errection of 11 KV Disc insulator for 11 KV O.H. line with galvanised insulator fittings ball & socket type and complete with strain clamps, bolts, nuts etc as req.
