Preparation of Form 1 A , Which Includes the details of Land Environment, Water Environment, Vegetation, Fauna, Air Environment, Aesthetics, Socio Economic Aspects, Building Materials, Energy Conservation Details, Preparation of Environmental Management Plan for implementation of environmental control & protective measures as well as monitoring of such implementation, Preparation of Mitigation Measures details which includes Source of Pollution and Control Measure for particular Activity for Air Pollution and Noise Pollution at Construction Stage and Operation Stage.

Preparation of Water Balance details and Diagram, Which includes Water Requirement for Construction Phase and Operation Phase, Preparation of District Secondary Profile, Primary Profile of the Project Area, Preparation of Solid Waste Management Details of the Project including Municipal Solid Waste, Construction Waste, Demolition Waste, Preparation and Recommend the Plant Species details for Green belt Development of the Project Area, To Propose the Traffic Management Plant Entry and Exit to the Project site, Preparation of Disaster Management Plan, Emergency Action Plan including the details of Preventive Actions, Warnings Procedures ,Control Measures to Minimize the of Unexpected Event.

Preparation of Environmental Sensitive Area Maps Including 1km , 5km, 10 km Buffer Boundary along with Nearest Water body details, Surrounding features of the proposed site, Site indicating levels & Contours to Appropriate Scales, Preparation of Site Connectivity Map, Marking Coordinates of Greenbelt and OSR Area using Google earth, Preparation of Topo Map, Wild Life Sanctuary Topo Map, Providing School, College, Hospital Details, Government Buildings, Religious Places details, Industries Details, Land Use Land Classification Details which includes Highway details, Forest Details, Elevation Details, Village Details, Water bodies Details, mangroves Details, Canal, River Details.

Preparation of Conceptual Plan of the Project which Includes Area Summary( Site Area, Built up Area, Green Belt and OSR Area) of the project, Power Requirement, Power Back up, Source of Power, Water Requirement , Water Source, Connectivity for the Project, Basic Infrastructure Details, Preparation of Sewage Treatment Plant Details, Rainwater Harvesting & Storm Water Management Details

Preparation of EC Application in Parivesh Portal, which Includes filling of CAF (Common Application Form ), Part –A(Basic Details) , PART –B(Activity Details), Submission of EC Application in Parivesh Portal along with Form 1, Form 1A, Conceptual Plan and Required Annexure, Submission of Hard copies of EC Application along with Form 1, Form 1A, Conceptual Plan and Required Annexure to SEAC and obtaining Acknowledgment from SEAC, Circulation of Hard Copies to All the SEAC Members through Courier and submission of Courier slips along with Covering letter to SEAC and Obtaining Acknowledgment for the same.

Preparation of Project Presentation and Submission of same in Parivesh Portal after getting Authorized signatory from the Project Proponent, Presentation about the proposed by EIA Coordinator to the SEAC committee Members, Obtaining Minutes of Meeting from SEAC through Portal.

Addressing Queries raised by the TN-SEIAA / SEAC and uploading the updated documents to the online portal, Coordination and follow up with TN – State Environmental Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA) and Obtaining Environmental Clearance
