All furniture repairs should be carried out at various places i.e. at NAD Depot Area, NAD MD Accn and BSO yard as per the direction of Engr in charge.Rates are inclusive of all subsequent expenditure occured on carriying out repair at various sites)

M & L for preparation of old painted surfaces of Almirah large steel and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of olive green by spray painting both internally and externally complete all as directed and as per Drg No FD-67(M).

Material & labour for removing the unserviceable lock for Almirah Large Steel and tightening the loosened part of the locking system and supply and fix new 3 way lock 6 levers with duplicate keys of approved make and quality complete all as specified and as directed and as directed and as per Drg Nos FD-67(M).

Removing the unserviceable/broken shelves of Almirah steel large with shelves, replacing the same with approved quality steel members of same size and guage and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red-oxide primer to match with existing surfaces including preparation of surfaces complete as per Drg No FD-67(M).

Removing old existing unsv leg from Almirah large steel and S&F new leg made out of 1mm thick CRCA Sheet made to size and shape and welding at bottom of almirah after applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red-oxide primer duly preparation of steel surfaces complete. Painting shall be done with spray machine and all as specified on drawing and as directed

Removing old existing unsv butt hinges of Almirah large steel and S&F new butt hinges 75 mm long and adjusting door by revitting / welding complete all as shown on drawing and as directed.

Removing old existing Door shutter left/ right from Almirah large steel and S&F new Door shutter left/ right made out of 1.00mm thick MS sheet duly painted with one coat of olive green paint over a coat of primer complete as per Drg Nos FD-67(M).

Removal of old/unsv chromium plated steel conduit pipe of Locker Steel and S&F new 20 mm dia chromium plated steel conduit pipe 1.6 mm wall thickness at the hanging portion of Locker steel all as specified and as directed as per Drg No FD-1029

Removing of old unserviceable Head Board (Rest) from Bed Plywood top and S&F new Head Board (Rest) made out of Ist class hard wood including provision of 04 mm thick one side teak faced plywood and teak wood beading 04 mm thick as per shape and size shown in drawing and fixed with nails duly french polished with both side MNF arrangement and fixing the same all as shown on drawing complete all as specified and directed (FD-246 & 247)

Removing of old unserviceable Foot Board (Rest) from Bed Plywood top and S&F new Foot Board (Rest) made out of Ist class hard wood including provision of 04 mm thick one side teak faced plywood and teak wood beading 04 mm thick as per shape and size shown in drawing and fixed with nails duly french polished with both side MNF arrangement and fixing the same all as shown on drawing complete all as specified and directed (FD-246 & 247)

Removing of old unserviseable plywood top from Bed Plywood top and S&F new top of same size of 12mm thick ply wood (ISI marked), BWR grade of appropriate size with screws complete all as shown on drawing complete all as specified and directed (FD-246) (Make of plywood :- Greenply/ Century/ Duro/ Archid)

Removal of old unserviceable long rail from Bed Plywood top and S&F new long rail with rounded edges of size 1980 mm x 90mm x 35 mm of hard wood teak and fixing the same as shown on drawing including one coat of french polish after preparing the surface by sand paper complete all as specified and as directed. (FD-246)

M & L for removing unserviceable short rail from Bed plywood top and S & F new short rail made out of 1st class teak wood and made to shape and all as specified in drg and directed by Engr-in-Charge (FD-246)

M & L for removing unserviceable centre supporitng stiffner from Bed plywood top and S & F new centre supporting stiffner made out of 1st class teak wood and made to shape and all as specified in drg and directed by Engr-in-Charge as per Drg No-FD-246.

Dismantling of all members and U/S plywood top of charpoy GI pipe with plytop (FD-220) carefully and segregate the unserviceable members and Stacking it, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, cutting, threading of GI Pipe 32mm dia medium grade of size as specified for long rail for Charpoy GI Pipe with ply top complete all as specified in the drawing No FD-220 and as directed.

Cutting, modifying and threading of the dismantled GI pipe 32mm dia long rail into short rail for Charpoy GI Pipe with ply top, complete all as specified in drawing No FD-220 and as directed.

Cutting, threading and modifying of the dismantled GI pipe 32mm short rails into legs for Charpoy GI Pipe with ply top as specified in the drawing No FD-220. Providing flat iron clamps 25 x 3mm, 2 Nos made of shape as shown in the drawing to welded in the GI Pipe legs to hold FMN Set, painted with black synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified in drawing No FD-220.

Supply only 3 way elbow of 32 mm for charpoy GI pipe. The elbow shall not be less than 400 gms in weight with ISI Mark for Charpoy GI Pipe with ply top complete all as specified in drawing No FD-220 and as directed.

Supply only 32 mm dia GI check nut for GI pipe charpoy, complete all as specified in drawing No FD-220 and as directed.

Supply only 75 mm length GI round headed bolt and nut with Suitable Cup washer, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed for for fixing Plywood to the GI Charpoy.

Removing U/S steel flat iron stiffeners and supply and fix new steel flat iron stiffeners made out of 40 x 3 mm and length not less than 0.91 mtr including painting the stiffener with two coats of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified in drawing No FD-220 and as directed.

Reassembling the GI charpoy with serviceable members obtained from item No 27 & new members made above. Supply & fixing of 12 mm thick BWR plywood (7 ply) of size 2.00 mtr x 0.91 mtr make as approved by GE. The edges of the plywood shall be finished with sand paper for smooth surface. The plywood top shall be fixed with 75 mm length GI round headed bolt and nut with Suitable Cut washer as per existing arrangement (supplied under item 32 above) and complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

M&L Removing the existing UNSV Plytop from Charpoy Wooden with Plytop (FD-227) and Supply and fix 1950mm x900mm and 12mm thick BWR commercial plywood confirming to IS-303 of 1975 with The plywood top shall be fixed with 75 mm length GI round headed bolt and nut with Suitable Cut washer as per existing arrangement and as shown on drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (FD-227) and the edges of the plywood shall be finished with sand paper for smooth surface.

M&L for Scrapping down the rusted portion of Charpoy with hard top with sand paper and smoothing the surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel black paint complete all as specified in drawing and as directed(FD/MAP-II/01)

Removing old existing unserviceable Plytop from Charpoy with hard top and S&F of new 12mm thick plytop of siutable size, ISI marked, BWR phenol bonded commercial plywood of unpolished edging of approved quality all as shown on drawing and as directed as per Drg No FD/MAP-II/01. (Make of Plywood : Kitply(Vista)/Century/Greenply).

Removing the U/S PVC Bush of Charpoy with hard top and S&F New PVC Bush, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed (FD/MAP-II/01)

M&L for Scrapping down the rusted portion of Bed Hard Steel with sand paper and smoothing the surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel black paint complete all as specified in drawing and as directed (FD/E6/MAP/08(R))

Removing old existing unserviceable Plytop from Bed Hard Steel and S&F of new 12mm thick plytop of siutable size, ISI marked, BWR phenol bonded commercial plywood of unpolished edging of approved quality all as shown on drawing and as directed as per Drg No.FD/E6/MAP/08. (Make of Plywood : Kitply(Vista)/Century/Greenply).

S&F New PVC Bush for Bed Hard Steel, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed (FD/E6/MAP/08(R))

Taking down unserviceable Plastic Cane From Chair Varandah & supply and weaving of new Plastic Cane Of 4mm Wide, 0.5mm Thick Cream Clour Half Round, Weaving shall be as per mat pattern or as directed by Engineer-in-charge in the Seat, back and Hand rest portion complete all as specified and as directed as per Drg No FD-359.

Supply & fix Bottom frame of Chair CB steel with arms made out of 1st Class hard wood (teak), make holes in the frame of weaving cane and fixed with suitable screws and washers, drilling to chair frame if required all as shown on drawing and as directed as per Drg No FD-75(M).

Supply & fix Back frame of Chair CB steel with arms made out of 1st Class hard wood (teak), make holes in the frame of weaving cane and fixed with suitable screws and washers, drilling to chair frame if required all as shown on drawing and as directed as per Drg No FD-75(M).

M&L for Scrapping down the rusted portion of Chair CB steel with arms with sand paper and smoothing the surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel olive green paint complete all as specified in drawing and as directed as per Drawing No FD-75(M).

Removal of existing broken/unserviceable front/rear/side rail of seat frame of Chair easy and replacing the same with new front/rear/back rail of seat frame of 1st class hard wood (Teak), size & dimension of the parts shall be of the same pattern/size as shown in drawing as well as specification and applying two coats of french polish to all replaced parts to match with existing all as specified and directed (FD-229)

Removal of existing broken/unserviceable top / bottom/side rail of back rest frame of Chair easy and replacing the same with new top / bottom/side rail of back rest frame of 1st class hard wood (Teak), size & dimension of the parts shall be of the same pattern/size as shown in drawing as well as specification and applying two coats of french polish to all replaced parts to match with existing all as specified and directed (FD-229)

Taking down unserviceable plastic cane from Chair Easy and supply and weaving new cane of 2mm wide 0.4mm thick halfround gola type & weaving shall be Godrej pattern & Caning should be done to both seat frame and back frame.The Cane shall weigh not less than 6gms per 10 running meters complete all as specified & directed (FD-229).

S&F a centre Stiffiner of 40mmx20mm in section at full length of the Table Writing at the bottom of the Short rails for joining the short rails and it should be duly french polished.

Taking out old unserviceable seat plank of Form without back and S&F new plank 25 mm thick of 2nd class hard wood in one piece duly wrought upper side including edges and cleaning the other face, fix with MS nut and washer as shown on drawing & directed (FD-1027)

M&L for removing the existing unserviceable Locking divice and supply & fix locking device with duplicate keys of Table Office Officer/Clerk/Typist Steel with approved make and quality as approved by Engineer in Charge (FD-84(M))

Material and labour for painting Stool steel 2' high by peeling out the old paint by applying paint remover solution,filling metal putty to the uneven surfaces and sanding it to make the surface smooth then wipe out the surface and remove the dust with a fine cloth.Two coats synthetic enamel paint as per existing shade shall be applied externally and internally to complete Stool Steel.
