Dismantling of Exhaust Fans having capacity 5000 CFM completely from the room and dumping to the VECC scrapyard. [Approx. Dimension of Exhaust Fan Structure: L=1.5M, W=1.0M, H=1.2M]. Details as per WS-5.

Dismantling of Filter section (made from MS sheet and MS structure) of the Exhaust Fan Unit completely from the room and dumping to the VECC Scrapyard. Details as per WS-5.

Dismantling of MS duct (including its support structure) of Exhaust Fan completely from the room and dumping to the VECC Scrapyard. Details as per WS-5.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning (SITC) of floor mounted DOUBLE SKIN EXHAUST FAN UNIT (5000 CFM, Static Pressure 175mmwg) having inbuilt suitable filter section for Pre-filter, Micro filter & HEPA filter as given below (4.1, 4.2, 4.3). Detail as per WS-5 & Annexure-I.

Supply, laying and connection of suitable copper electrical FRLS cable confirming to IS694 or equivalent std. approved by VECC Electrical section, from EFUs to existing starter panels including perforated GI cable tray ( min. 3mm thick) and suitable earthing for providing the electrical power from starter to EFUs. Detail as per WS-5.

Supply & installation of Digital Differential Pressure Gauge (satisfying Range: 0 to 200mmwg) for monitoring pressure drop across the filter section. Including suitable cable, tube etc. as required for proper installation. Details as per WS-5 & Annexure-I.

Supply, fabrication & installation of ducting made by using minimum 3mm thick MS sheet confirming IS 1730 or equivalent Indian/International standard including its support etc. and proper connections with Exhaust Fan Unit inlet to suction duct and outlet to discharge duct, including all kinds of fittings, fixtures, support,MS angle, rod, fastener, etc. as required for the installation as per site suited condition. Painting of fabricated MS duct and MS structure with one coat primer and two coat first quality synthetic enamel paint of approved color. Suction Duct Size:- 600x600 mm, Suction Plenum- 1000x400mm., Discharge duct size:- 550x550mm, Detail as per WS-5.

Supply & Installation of motorized Ultra Low Leakage (ULL) dampers as per mentioned duct size between the duct connection and Exhaust Fan Unit inlet. Necessary power connection using on/off switch (will be provided near the Exhaust Fan Unit) and suitable cable from damper to electrical switch. Complete installation of damper motor/actuator and required control panels etc. Details as per WS-5 & Annexure-I. Damper Size:- 600x600 mm

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Water cooled 15TR (6000 CFM, SP:- 45mm wg) Floor mounted AHU at VECC Bidhan Nagar with required support, fixture, fittings etc. for proper installation. Details as per WS-5 and Annexure-I.

Supply, fabrication & laying of Ø 40 mm MS chilled water pipeline confirming IS1239 (heavy class) all kind of fittings, fixtures, support etc., minor civil work, making hole etc. on the wall required for laying and connection of supply & return pipeline with AHU as per site suited and direction of engineer in charge. Complete thermal insulation of 40 mm MS Chilled water pipeline and valves after applying cold bitumen and then CPRX adhesive compound on the surface and laying the Ø 40mm thick Thermo-coal (Expanded Polystyrene) pipe shape (with pieces of Thermo-coal for valves) using TF quality Thermo-coal (min. 24 Kg/M³). Cover the pipeline with vapour barrier and chicken mesh. After this whole assembly should be smoothly plastered by 12 mm thick sand and cement (4:1) plaster, with good surface finish and suitable painting (with one coat primer and two coat first quality synthetic enamel paint of approved colour). Also suitable fittings for connections of Pressure Gauges in supply & return line of AHUs should be provided in supply and return lines. Details as per WS-5.

Supply & installation of Ø 40mm of flange type SS Ball Valve conforming to B.S 5351 or equivalent Indian standard including female flanges required for installation. Details as per WS-5 and Annexure-I.

Supply of 12 mm SS ball valve conforming to B.S 5351 or equivalent Indian standard with all fittings required for proper installation of drain point and purging point. Details as per WS-5 and Annexure-I.

Supply & installation of 3/8-inch Pressure gauges (satisfying 0 to 7 Kg/cm2) 60-100 mm size, dial type connected with SS 304 Ball Valve including all fittings etc. required for installation. Details as per WS-5 and Annexure-I.

Design, fabrication & installation of ducting made by using 22 SWG GI sheet conforming standard IS 277:2003; and fixed with MS/GI angle/rod, fastener, fixtures etc. as required for the installation as per site suited. Details as per WS-5.

Fabrication and installation of Inside Acoustic insulation of the duct with 12.5 mm fiberglass rigid board with tissue paper covering with perforated min. 32 gauge Aluminium sheet, as properly duct lined from inside including all type fixtures etc. required for installation. Details as per WS-5.

Supply and fixing of 12mm thick Cross linked Closed Cell polyethylene thermal insulation with metalized Aluminium foil of duct Density: 30±3 Kg/M3, Thermal conductivity at 0°C: 0.0318-0.0332 W/M°K, fire propagation as per Class ‘O’ should be properly covered the duct using suitable adhesive and aluminium tape. Proper and good looking finish. Details as per WS-5.

Supply and installation of aluminium powder coated supply grills at each supply outlet including VCD (volume control damper). VCD will be made from aluminium sheet, the frame min. 18swg thick and louvers min. 22 swg thick sheet. Exact size of grill will be decided as per site after the installation of AHUs and ducting. Details as per WS-5.

Supply and fixing 40 mm hard drain pipeline using the UPVC pipelines and fittings conforming to ASTM D1785 or equivalent Indian standard, Schedule 40. Making a syphon (U trap) just outside of the AHU drain point including proper routing, fixing (required fixtures) etc. for installation as per requirement of site. Details as per WS-5.
