Providing Project Monitoring Quality Auditing Consultancy services for Dr.B.R.Ambedkar Bhavan Balance works at Mysore.The consultancy services includes overall supervision of Contractors work, Quality Control and Quality assurance of the works, progress monitoring and reporting to MDA, Certification of Contractors Bills, Making presentation to various levels regarding work. Detailed scope of work and Schedule of works has been enclosed separately.

Technical Bid

RequiredExperience Certificate The Consultancy Firm/Company must have satisfactorily completed one single project similar nature of Auditorium work / stadium work, with a value not less than Rs. 19.00Crores, in any financial year from 2020-21 to 2024-25

RequiredFinancial turn over The Consultancy Firm / Company should have achieved at least in two Financial Years a minimum Financial Turnover of Rs.50.00 Lakhs out of the last five Financial Years from 2020-21 to 2024-25. In support of this, the Consultant shall furnish the Audited Balance Sheets along with the Technical Proposal. Further, the Financial Turnover of the Previous Years shall be given a Weightage of 10 percent per year to bring them to the Price Level of 2025-26.

Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of e-Procurement portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end.

Bidder shall pay Contract Management Module processing fees of 0.025% of the contact value (Min Rs.500/- & Max Rs.7500/-) soon after contract has been issued to bidder.

Conditional tenders will not be accepted.

Tenderers are required to read the Bid Documents carefully before submission of their bid.

Any discrepancies observed in the documents uploaded by the tenderer the tender shall liable to rejected.

The Employer reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason or what so ever

The earnest money deposit will be forfeited if the documents submitted by the tenderer found to be misleading/forged or fake

Financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the 2025-26

Turnover certificate from CA with valid UDIN No. to be furnished along with necessary documents

Royalty on construction materials and other taxes will be deducted as per prevailing Govt., orders as may be modified from time to time.

Bidder has to quote rates excluding GST, GST shall be paid separately as per applicable.

All the Work done certificate uploaded should include E-procurement indent number.
