Complete Interconnection of 132 KV Transformer bay with ACSR panther conductor and twin of 33 KV T/F bay with ACSR Zebra Conductor consisting of all the 132/33 KV T/F bay equipments & bus bar including cutting, bending of associated works.

Dismantling of 250 KVA Station T/F, fuse set, fire hut, sand pit hut alongwith all associated works.

Erection of 250 KVA Station T/F and fuse set alongwith all associated works.

Shifting of 132/33 kV 40 MVAR Capacitor bank C&R panel alongwith opening of all the connections.

Erection of shifted 132/33 KV 40 MVAR Capacitor bank C&R Panel alongwith all connections associated with it.

Dismantling of 132 KV bus Isolator of TSS Kafurpur bay with Structure

Erection of 132 KV Isolator of TSS Kafurpur bay with Structure and alongwith jumpering of the Isolator.

Cutting, strengthening, bending, laying 800 mm. below in ground and above ground of following size of MS Flat for earthing of main and auxiliary structure, equipment structure etc. including welding with main earth mat and with object to be earthed/excavation of trenches its back filling. i 75x10mm

Preparing of cable schedule of 132 KV & 33 KV Bays

Laying of following size of control cable: i 2Cx2.5Sq.mm

Termination of cable as per cable schedule including making necessary holes in glands places or box where ever required supply and fixing of cable glands of appropriate size, supply & fixing ferrules & Nos. for each core of cable and its termination with crimping type lugs of dowell/tension make and all other associated work to complete the job satisfactory.

Preparation of Delta Earthing of HV and LV side LA’s with 06 Nos of electrodes

Fabrication of protection wire mesh fencing of size 5x4mtr with 1”x1” square 10 SWG wire mesh including grouting by making plinth at 63 MVA, 132/33 KV T/F installed by cutting and fabrication o MS Angle 65x65x6mm. MS flat 50x6/25x6mm installing 03 Nos, post insulator and with one coat of red oxide and two coat of bus green paint including all material labour and T&P except MS Angel, MS Flat, Post Insulator and PG Clamp shall be supplied by the department free of cost.
