Part-I: Site Development of Cafeteria Building near the Reservoir Larji HEP.

Cutting in earth work and disposal of excavated earth upto a lead of 20 metres: 20 in any kind of soilm (PJW 50% each)

Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work, lift upto 2.50 meter where reqired stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 m. clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the soil in 15 cm layers, when required into plinths sides of foundations etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within a lead of 20 m (PJW 50% each)

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 mm so as to give a fair finish including centering ,shuttering, strutting and propping etc with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 metres and removal of the same for in-situ- reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in

Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. and mass concrete.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement:4 sand:8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in in Foundation and plinth.

Providing, laying PCC /RCC including the mix design the RCC/PCC (From Sr no 5a to 5c) Mix Design cement concrete as per IS 10262 2009 curing complete excluding cost of form work & reinforcement for reinforced concrete work including carriage of material upto alllead & lifts and Mix desgin from authorized Government agency as per direction of Engineer - in - Charge.

RCC M30 in Foundation, footings, bases of columns and the like and mass concretewith quick setting admixture as per direction of Engineer - in - Charge.

RCC M 30 Wall (any thickness but not less than 0.1 m thickness) attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level :

PCC M20 Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement :1.5: Sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size and curing complete excluding cost of form work.

Stone filling behind retaining walls

Providing weapholes in brick masonry / stone masonry /plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full with of the structures with slop of 1(v):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification

Providing mild steel/Tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including bending, binding and placing in position complete Tor Steel

Part-II: Civil Works

Supplying chemical emulsion Chlorpyriphoe / Lindane emulsifiable concentrate of 20%, diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for Pre - Construction antitermite treatment complete in all respects as per specification and including carriage of material upto alllead & lifts and as per direction of Engineer - in - Charge.

Filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete including carriage of material upto alllead & lifts and as per direction of Engineer - in - Charge.

Boulder filling under floors dry hand packed / Kharanja soling under floors tightly including carriage of material upto alllead & lifts and as per direction of Engineer - in - Charge.

Random rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonry (uncoursed/brought to courses) with hard stones of approved quality in foundation and plinth excluding leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement :6 sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) at plinth level in Cement Mortar 1:6(1 cement:6 sand) including carriage of material upto alllead & lifts and as per direction of Engineer - in - Charge.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60 cm overall with 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheets in roofing TATA make with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheetsb with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating + back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts & nuts 6mm dia & prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer in Charges.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment in sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying : (a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/ sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours.
