Strengthening the Road from Vairichettipalayam Puliyacholai Road To Pasali Kombai Road Km 0/0-0/400 Picking charges for old Damaged BT surface including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc. complete. km 0/0-0/400

Clearing the light jungle by uprooting including all cutting charges and depositing disposing of the products and clearing as directed by the departmental officers including all incidental charges etc.,

Earth work excavation in all soils such as hard gravelly soil, hard stiff clay, Stiff black cotton soil, Earth mixed with small size of boulders, with initial lead and initial lift including all labour charges etc complete.

Providing and laying water bound macadam for 75mm consolidated thickness in second layer with Gr II graded IRC metal SSRB using 0.05Cum of 90 mm, 0.45 Cum of 63 mm, 0.425 Cum of 53mm, 0.05 Cum of 45mm,0.025 Cum of 22.40mm metal IRC size HBG metal confirming to IS 6579-1981 with 0.24cum of good gritty gravel as per job mix P.L.value not exceeding 6 as per IRC for blindage per 10sqm. including cost and conveyance of all of all materials from approved source to the work site and stacking them to standred departmental gauge for pre- measuerment including labour for laying . spreading hand packing to camber blinding with gravel watering with all leads for good water rollingforming edge bunds and consolidated by the department specification including hire and fule charges for power roller and all other tools and plants employer including all other incidental charges etc., complete. and as per IRC 19-1977 and 14-1977 and most specification clause

Providing and laying Water Bound Macadam Grading - III(63mm to11.20mm)IRC HBG of 75mm consolidated thickness consisting of clean, crushed aggregates mechanincally interlocked by rolling and bonding together with screening binding material of 0.24 cum for 10 sqm (the material passing 425 microns sieve shall have liquid limit and plasticity index not more than 20 & 6% repectively) and finished in accordance with the requirements of the specification and thickness as per approved plans or as directed by the Engineer as per clause 405 of MORD revision I(Mix -in - place method) Rate for 10sqm

Providing and laying Tack Coat over the WBM surface using 4 Kg of bitumen as binder for 10 Sqm. area including cost and conveyance of bitumen which will be supplied departmentally at departmental section store at Union Office and cost of the same which will be recovered from the contractor's bill at the rates specified in the special condition appended herewith including conveyance of bitumen from section stores to worksite handling charges of bitumen from section stores to worksite handling charges of bitumen at both ends and including all labour charges for cleaning the surface before the application of bitumen binder and heating the bitumen to the required temperature including labour charges for applying tack coat uniformly including hire charges of bitumen sprayer (with self heating and pumping arrangement) and all other tools and plants employed and also as directed by the Engineer incharge and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause 505 of most specifications.

Providing and laying open graded premix carpet with seal coat 20 mm consolidated thickness using 0.18 Cum of 13.2 mm IRC size machine crushed HBG metal and 0.09 Cum of 11.2 mm IRC size machine crushed HBG metal with 14.6 Kgs of bitumen for premixing per 10 Sqm. metre of premix carpet and 0.09 Cum of 6.75 mm IRC HBG size machine crushed HBG metal with 9.80 Kg. of bitumen per 10 Sqm. of seal coat including cost and conveyance of all materials from approved sources to worksite and stacking them to standard departmental gauge for pre-measurement including bitumen which will be supplied by the department at the departmental section store at Panchayat Union Office including conveyance of bitumen from section stores to worksite and the cost of the same will be recovered from the contractors bill at the rates specified in the special condition appended herewith including heaking and mixing the materials using mini hot mix plant for premix carpet including all labour charges for spreading the same finishing to specifications, grades and cross section and consolidation by power roller including heating and sparying the bitumen for seal coat over finished permix carpet surfaces and spreading the 6.75 mm IRC chips uniformly over the surface and rolling with power roller rolling including hire and fuel charges for mini hot mix plant. power roller and all other tools and plants employed, including all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Providing, laying and spreading U.S.Gravel soling including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, labour and all other incidental charges etc complete.,
