Description all as per item No 1.00 above but on roof top surfaces complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including cornices , pilasters by brooming down or steel wire brushing , scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy \spots and applying one coat of Cement Base Paint in Camouflage pattern as per approved CCD Scheme design (Colour or shade as approved by GE) all as per manufacturer instructions on walls upto 4th floor including cleaning window glasses, joinery, electric fittings, wiring etc of drops and splashes and cleaning premises clean and tidy complete all as specified and directed

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in two layer 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:6 and finishing coat 5mm in CM 1:4 using water proofing compound on faces of brick masonary wall, finished even and fair etc complete all as specified and directed
