Taking down cement plaster on brick wall incl racking out joints,hacking for key scrubbing down with water.Complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar.Complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) not other wise specifically provided for and clearing off the premises.Complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for form work to sides of columns, posts, pillars etc square or rectangular in shape for fair finished surface of concrete.Complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Structural steel work includings door, gates, etc and similar works complete all as directed.

Supply & Fix framed works such as grills grating etc with ends of bars shouldered and for rivetted in forged into spikes, framed guard bars, railing and similar work confiring to Fe-410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for RCC type B1 1:1.5:3 type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in columns,pillars,piers,post and structs.complete all as specified and directed

M&L for RCC type B1 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in cover slab of manhole/soak pit etc. set in Cement Mortar 1:4.complete all as specified and directed

M&L brick work with sub class ‘ B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius build in CM 1:4.Complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 9 above but exceept brick complete using old bricks obtained under item No 2 above all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick on fiar faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) to be finished even and fair complete all as specefied and directed.

M&L for Newly plastered surfaces of external wall with applying 1mm thick layer of wall care putty and applying two coats of apex /weather coat paints over a coats of damp shield complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of Old wall surface including properly fillings the cracks and applying one coat of apex/ weather coat water proofing paints over a coats damp shield or equivalent primer etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of external walls along with preparation of wall surface using 1mm thick wall care putty and applying two coat of apex/ weather coat water proofing paints over a coats of damp shield complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings n exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above the ground level) (Un-reinforced) and removing to a distance exc 50 meter and not exc 200 meter. complete all as specified and as directed.

M/L PCC 1:3:6 type C1 20mm grade aggregate as in padding, hold fasts block filling, filling of steel chowkhats, coping or similar work all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing post, strut (wood, Steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embbed portion and making good disturbed ground in concrete.Complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling chainlink fencing, any thickness or mesh, fixed with steel fillet and nut bolt. N.exc 4KG per Sqm.Complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes(or similar holes) each 0.50cum getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good.Complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) Type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation or post holes.Complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 Complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire.Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only chain link fencing 3 mm dia 75 x 75 mm PVC coated any size and type.Complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F (in repairs)Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and staining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain -ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc as directed (each line wire to be measured.).Complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 10 mm dia MS bolts purpose made with hexagonal or square head on one end and screwed the other, screwed and fitted with nut and washer, length 4 CM.Complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F TMT mild steel deformed or twisted bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified.

All as per Item No 26 above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed.

M&L prepration of new steel surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coats of red oxide preparation of new surfaces over 10 cm width on girth.Complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clip all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying for preparation of old painted surfaces of old painted steel surfaces and iron surfaces pf any description ,over 10cm width or girth incl and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specefied and directed.

M&L for one coat of white wash on old plastered /decorated wall surface including preparation.Complete all as specified and as directed. Note 1:-The contract sum shall be arriaived after deducting amount of schedule of credit from the total quated amount. Note 2-Contractor's supervisor and main worker would wear shirt/T-shirt of colour sky blue/brown/yellow preferable embosed with contractor's firm name while carriying out any activities in defence area for better check of security purpose. Note 3:-The tenderer (all eligible contractors) shall ascertain the taxes & levies as on date. The subject tender caters all the taxes & levies as on date including the latest notification of GST issued as on date ( issued by Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs)
