Service of 6 (six) nos. Unskilled labours and 2 (two) nos. Sweepers (unskilled labours) for daily sweeping, cleaning, mopping of all floors, stairs, drains and toilet blocks of Power House including Transformer Room as per enclosed work schedule (Annexure-I) and applying consumables as per enclosed list (Annexure-II) including Bonus, E.P.F. & ESI etc. N.B. (i)Weekly off day to be provided rotationally to each labour.
Service of 1 (one) no. Plumber (skilled labour) for sanitary & plumbing maintenance work of underground Power House including Bonus, E.P.F. & Insurance etc. Bonus, E.P.F. & ESI etc. N.B. (i)Weekly off day to be provided .
Monthly hire charge of tools & tackles for daily sweeping, cleaning, mopping of all floors, stairs, drains and toilet blocks of Power House and Transformer Room as per enclosed work schedule (Annexure-I)
Supply & delivery of Consumable items at site as per enclosed list of consumables (Annexure-II) for daily sweeping, cleaning, mopping of all floors, stairs, drains and toilet blocks of Power House and Transformer Room as per enclosed work schedule (Annexure-I)
Service of additional unskilled labours over the item no. 1 for miscellaneous maintenance work including hire charge of tools & tackles.
Bailing or pumping out water from trenches.
Charges for loading, unloading & transport (by means of Tractor) of garbages of Inside Power House and food waste from Chiler Plant Subsidised Canteen including all necessary labour charges materials, tools & tackles within PPSP Site area or as directed by E.I.C
