Taking down exiting sign board of any description.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description in any position not otherwise specially provided for

M&L for RCC M-30 design mix with using 20mm graded stone agg as in columns pillars, piers, posts and struts

S & F 3 mm thick pre coated Aluminium composite panel cladding of approved colour and shape, joints filled with silicone sealant, fixed as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

S & F stainless steel Backlit letters (304 Grade) of font "Arial" or any other font as approved by user in size 50cm x30cm and 25 mm thick made with 2 mm thick stainless steel sheet matt finish fixed on composite panel faced wall with approved stainless screws and bolts for the letters in English complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Circular DRDO Logo in UV printed design as approved by user for in size of 90 cm x 40mm thick with fixed on composite panel face with approved stainelss screws and bolts complete all as specified and directed.

S & F MS framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E 165 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like including pointing with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, laid over and including 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specifeid and directed.

M&L formwork to sides of concretepillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions fair finished of concrete etc all as specified and directed.

M&L TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips etc complete.

M&L TMT bars 6-8 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape, required including cranking bending spirally for hooping ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.90mm dis or securing with clips etc complete

Taking down of cement or cement lime plaster/skirting/ dado of any description from brick or stone wall etc. including raking out of joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L applying 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on brick/ concrete surfaces of int. walls finished even and fair complete all as specified.

M&L preparing of new plastered surface of walls and applying one coat of Cement Base Paint complete all as specified and directed by by engg - in- charge.

M&L preparing of old plastered surface of walls and applying one coat of Cement Base Paint complete all as specified and directed by by engg - in- charge.

M&L preparing of old plastered surface of walls and applying two coat of Cement base paint complete all as specified and directed by by engg - in- charge.

M&L for complete revomal of existing treatment inc cleaning with wire brush and making good the surface to recive paitning complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for prepration of old surface including complete removal of previous/existing treatment inc rubbing & washing down with water and carrying out petty repair and making the surface smooth for painting and than applying 2 mm thick external wall care putty over a coat of primer and than applying two coat of exterior emlusion paint all as spd and directed.

M&L for rolled MS setion as angles, flat iron, sheet etc as in gates, staging for water tanks, section to recive barbed wire etc all as spd and directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description

M&L for Prepration of newly or previously untreated surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or grith along with priming with red oxide, zinc chrome and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint (ord. tint ) as specified and directed by engg-in-charge.

M & L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applying one coat of Synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Note :-Tenderers may be noted that amount of credit will be deducted from the total amount arrived, at the time of Acceptance of contract.
