PEB Building

Preparing shop drawings, obtaining consultants approval, supplying, fabricating, delivering at site, and making all structural steel work in accordance with the design, drawing as approved by the consultant for trusses, purlins, girders, brackets etc. with connections using plates, channels and angles, gusset plate, foundation bolt, cleats, fasteners etc. steel conforming to IS 226 and IS 2062 with minimum yield strentgh of 350 MPa. For ISMB and ISA sections, minimum yield strength will be 250 MPa.The rate of steel work shall include assembly, welding, jointing, building up new sections, cost of fasteners (nut, bolts and washers) etc. The rate shall also include painting as per specifications, necessary bolts & washers for fixing including grouting of bolts with 1:3 non shrink cement grout etc., complete all as per design, details, drawings, specifications etc. with all lead & lift for all materials and labour and as directed, at all heights and locations. All Z purlins shall be pre-galvanised as per IS code.[Erection to be paid separately]

Providing 0.68 mm Total Painted Thickness,( 0.60 mm Base Metal Thickness) - Color Bond Roofing / wall Sheet made of steel min 500 MPa yeild strength at all levels including providing self drilling, self tapping screws complete ( purlins to be measured and paid separately.) -as directed by EIC : 0.68 mm Total Painted Thickness

Providing 0.53 mm Total Paint Thickness (0.45 mm Base Metal Thickness) - Color coated Concealed fixed Roofing Sheet of steel 500 MPa yeild strength at all levels including providing clips and necessary accessories complete (Roof trusses, purlins to be measured and paid separately.) -as directed by EIC

Providing 0.68 mm Total Painted Thickness,( 0.60 mm Base Metal Thickness) - Color Bond Roofing Sheet made of steel 500 MPa yeild strength accessories ( Ridges / Valley / Gutter / Flashing/Down Take Pipe) at all levels including providing self drilling, self tapping screws complete as directed by the EIC.

Providing insulation below roofing sheets of crosslinked Polyethylene Foam Sheet having 19 mm thickness, with one side MET PET foil complete with necessary fixing arrangement . K-FLEX, Eurobatex, Vidoflex or equivalent as directed by the EIC

Providing 2mm thick Polycarbonate Sheet skylight roof including necessary frame-work and paint as directed by the EIC

Steel work welded in built-up section/framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladders, balcony and staircase railings, brackets, gates and similar works. Payment shall be made after completion of work

Providing & fixing of multi vent roof ventillator (turbo ventillator) on the top of roof with high performance industrial multi vent roof ventilator of minimum 600mm dia. Neck/ throat of Aluminium Alloy designed to a capacity of 1850 CFM at roof level including metal base vanturay dome 1.50mm thick and all required accessories. Multi roof ventilators to withstand wind pressure upto 300kgs/ sqm and to be got approved from the Engineer-in-charge before installation. The rate includes cutting/ making holes in the existing roof sheets. Payment shall be made after completion of work.

Installation and erection of primary PEB structure including all columns, girders, beams, rafters, etc. Rate shall include fixing at all levels with necessary scafolding, consumables and using hydra, cranes and other mechanical equipments for safe and accurate installations. payment shall be made after completion of work

Fixing of 2mm thick polycarbonate roof sheeting. Rate shall include fixing at all levels with necessary scafolding, consumables and using hydra, cranes and other equipments for safe and accurate installations. Payment shall be made after completion of work

Fixing of insulation below roofing sheets with necessary wires and mesh supports. Rate shall include fixing at all levels with necessary scafolding, consumables and using hydra, cranes and other equipments for safe and accurate installations.Payment shall be made after 100 % completion of works
