work of Providing Consultancy Services for Preparation of Detailed Project Report for the Ground Level Reservoirs of BWSSB for identifying Leak, Structural Conditional Assessment, Rehabilitation Methodology and Estimation

Comprehensive assessment and Preparation of detailed project report (DPR) for Each GLR including remedial measures and cost estimates including the following scope based on the Data available with BWSSB which will be provided by BWSSB :- 1. Data collection and preliminary assessment details will be provided by BWSSB 2.Structural and Material Testing : 2.a)Engage NABL-accredited agencies to conduct Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) 2.b)Destructive Testing can be conducted as per requirement 3.Leakage and Hydraulic Assessment 3.a)Evaluate hydraulic performance and water retention efficiency. 3.b)Recommend measures to improve flow and reduce losses.

4.Rehabilitation/Discarding Strategy 4.a)Inspect for leakage, cracks, corrosion, honeycombing, and spalling 4.b)Evaluate structural distress and exposed reinforcement 4.c)Classify reservoirs for Rehabilitation and Demolition & reconstruction with justification for each category 4.d)Propose structural repairs, waterproofing, and retrofitting solutions. 4.e)For unviable GLRs, recommend safe discarding/demolition. 4.f)Propose step-by-step repair and rehabilitation procedures 4.g)Include cost estimates for each category 4.h) Suggest alternative storage or distribution options if needed. 5.Cost Estimation and Planning 5.a)Provide detailed cost estimates for each GLR. 5.b)Develop a phased implementation plan with timelines and resource requirements.

6.Deliverables 6.a)Structural & Material Testing Reports 6.b)Assessment & Rehabilitation/Discarding Recommendations Report 6.c)Draft Detailed Project Report (DPR)with BOQ, drawings, and specifications (Separate for each GLR's). 6.d)Final Detailed Project Report (DPR) (Seperate for each GLR's)sets & Soft copy)
